“Really nice stay”

Stayed at hotel during conference. Excellent location directly across from the conference facility. Very friendly staff. Bell man very helpful with taxis. Really enjoyed the cookies! Close to airport so you could hear the airplanes.

This hotel is conveniently located at the 401 and Dixon Road, and is a great value. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely worth checking out!

“What a delight!”

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The customer service was beyond what I'd ever expect. We spent 2 days at the Doubletree by Hilton in Toronto. Each person at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and sometimes even an extra "special cookie" for my 2 little boys. I was so impressed by the assistance I received from a certain staff member, Carl, who went out of his way to help me plan and locate various things. I requested the email to contact the manager directly. Very pleased. I will definitely look to book again and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Good choice and value”

A clean, modern, attractive hotel. It's slightly further from the airport than many of the airport hotels, but it seemed to be a better value than the closest comparable hotels. It's still just a short shuttle ride from the airport.

Overall, the hotel has acceptable standards. It would have been much better if the front desk asked us for room location preferences, e.g. close to elevator, view, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.

the room was small but clean and had everything we needed. loved the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. staff very friendly. restaraunt staff gave chocolate eggs to the grandkids.

A great hotel - it's great to be greeted with a warm cookie. How do they get the lobby and public area floors so shiny?
