'I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask...

'When I checked in about 4:30, the lady asked my name and I went to show her my credit card and ID and she said I don’t need that which was odd because I always have to show it at every other hotel. She threw the room key on the counter and said there you go. Seems like she was rushing me and just wanted me out of her way.'

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service.
Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply.
Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'La habitacion estaba limpia . Personal excelente tanto en la limpieza como en el area de comedor y en el front desk. Desayuna bastante bueno al ser continental. Por lo menos siempre hubo dos proteinas todos los dias. Estacionamiento bueno . Siempre hubo disponibilidad. Lo unico que no la hizo perfecta fue que la piscina no estaba disponible . Por todo lo demas muy bueno.'
