Best reasonably priced, centrally located hotel in Athens
Excellent staff at reasonably priced, centrally located Athens hotel. Attalos is my hotel of choice when in Athens. I’ve stayed there on previous trips, too.

Great Location
Great location, but they had trouble getting air conditioning for us on the first night. Excellent location!

Quality in a convenient location
The hotel was clean and neat. It is not a North American style hotel so as long as you go with that understanding, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was simple, but plentiful. The staff was very helpful. It is about a 5-7 min walk from the Ormonia Subway Station. However, it is down a side street that would be a little uncomfortable if you were a woman travelling alone. I wasn’t, but due to the unrest when we were there (5/6 May 10 and 18/19 May 10) we made sure we were off the streets by nightfall. I would stay there again.
