Terrible
One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. The overall experience was terrible PLUS the parking is a rip-off since they do not have enough parking spaces - maybe just 3 for larger cars. After paying an arm and a leg, you were forced to park outside the parking lot at night.

concierge not at all helpful
The hotel was in a reasonable location just north of South Beach. Like a lot of areas in Miami, the area is run down and there is construction on the pavements and a lot of buildings surrounding.The room was fine for the price which was at a discounted rate through Expedia. When inquiring from the concierge about tours he was very unhelpful and just handed us a brochure and said "Number 2 was the best"- no explanation or elaboration. From experience tours booked through hotels seldom are best value anyway.On coming and going from the hotel lobby,he wasn’t at all friendly or courteous ,unlike the hospitality we experienced from all other hotels on our US trip eg he would not even raise his head to greet us.- so we couldn’t put it down to him having a bad day. On leaving a much younger concierge was on the desk and he was extremely pleasant,helpful and simply excellent- the opposite of his colleague- a pity as we were leaving. It was good to have free internet service and the rooms were very well maintained and serviced. Would recommend only if the price was significantly less than others in the area. It was our cheapest accommodation so value for money was fine.
