Comfortable Hotel Close to City Centre
For the price I expected something a tad larger and nicer. However, the room was quite comfortable and the location could not have been better. They had a very nice restaurant downstairs, which was a great option for meals. Overall I was quite satisfied with this hotel but I wasn’t blown away.

Location is Everything
The rooms were pretty shabby and hidden away in what felt like the basement. The staff were somewhat hit and miss - at times very helpful and at other times rude. However, the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic being right in the centre of town and within walking distance to the shops/attractions. Having onsite parking (paid extra but reasonably priced) is very convenient too.

Over priced and shabby
OK Hotel in Great Location. The older lady receptionist was efficient but needs to learn how to smile and welcome people warmly. Paid extra for a refurbished executive room but although the room appeared recently decorated there was a light around the mirror in the bathroom not working. As the cleaner would need to put the lights on to clean the bathroom she must have noticed only one light was working!!! Also a knob on the wardrobe door was missing and the TV in the room was an old portable that only received 4 channels and did not even have teletext. Would certainly go back to Bath but unfortunately not to this hotel.
