'This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food.
We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service.

'The location is exceptional! Right across from the beautiful Tashkent City Park. There are many restaurants within just 5 minutes walking in the Boulevard area behind and next door to the hotel. I highly recommend the virtual reality ride at the wax museum in the park. Skip the wax museum section. Go for the ride!'

'This hotel is modern, well maintained and staff is very friendly. The value for money is very good, a European style hotel in Kyrgyzstan is rare and especially in this price range. The only obvious disadvantage is the location. While the hotel does provide a free shuttle, it might not be the best place to stay if you need fast access to the city centre.'

'Excellent hospitality! We had a 20hr layover. Free shuttle, 5min drive, easy pick up. Front desk helped arrange a taxi to drive around Tashkent, the driver even waited for us to have lunch. Then we were offered to use their pool and hamam, where we were treated with such high quality service. We wanted to have dinner around 10pm, when the kitchen was already closed, we bought food outside and came back to the hotel, where the front desk opened the restaurant for us so we could have our dinner in...
