O quarto estava limpo, as meninas da recepção são atenciosas, o local fica em uma rua cheia de restaurantes e a uns 10 minutos do metro, não tem elevador e o cheio de cigarro é forte mesmo nos quartos com aviso de proibido fumar. Como eu só chegava pra tomar banho e dormir deu certo pra mim.'

I would also like to highlight that, aside from one specific incident, the staff was generally very helpful, especially the women at the front desk, who were always friendly and accommodating. 'Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away.'
