'The first room they gave me the bed was dirty. The second room three of the towels had stay like like feces it was so disgusting. I have never stayed in a hotel like this'

'Hard to find because the sign still says Four Points, foyer was dark and front desk unoccupied at 5pm. There is no Restaurant, Breakfast was horrible with everything cooked to death or empty. Even coffee urns were empty.. Hotel was clean, cheap and close to airport. Everything else needs a lot of attention'

'The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two.'

'All of the staff were super friendly & eager to assist you in anyway! Suggesting where to eat within walking distance after checking in late at night, making coffee, bringing out milk for coffee. Always with a smile! Rooms were clean, the provided amenities (body wash, lotion, shampoo, etc) were mounted on the wall, large quantities & great quality. Basic, comfortable rooms, light blocking shades, nice shower & water pressure. All perfect for the price. Very safe location. Near Lake...
