Niks slecht over dit hotel. Aanrader!

Geplaatst op 13 dec. 2017Arriving on a early flight, I could have my Breakfast on arrival while the excellent staff preared my room. At No extra costs. At other hotels I had to book a extra night for this service. Breakfast was good. Good choice and fresh, cold and cooked. Rooms comfortabele and very clean. Location and architecture os ok, centre of Abu Dhabi, no bling bling.

Good hotel, friendly people
Geplaatst op 7 mrt. 2017 op HotelsWe arrived at 06:00 O'clock in the morning at the airport and around 08:00 at the hotel. They gave us for free a room upgrade (the view was the wall of another building though) and the room was already ready at ~09:00. About 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Perfect central location in abu dhabi for everything.its literally 15mins by taxi from the beach, abu dhabi mall or the Emirates Palace.
This hotel was opposite a shopping centre that had everything a traveller needs. The hotel was modern, clean and had incredible staff. As a family travelling with a baby, Cristal made sure we were not too high up in the hotel, upgraded us to a suite so the baby had space to play.
Our room was spacious, clean invluded a cot for the baby and had the all the general free extras in hotels. Our additional requests were met immediately and so were requests for a late morning housekeeping.
We opted to include the buffet breakfast with our stay and it was awesome. Best decision with a baby. Lots of variety, hot and cold and unlimited.
Chef Jen was incredible. She made omelettes for guests and made them perfectly seasoned for my 2yr son.
Staff members Joy and Elvis were always ready to get our table and baby seat ready when we arrived. Its these little details that made cristal so worth our stay in aby dhabi.
I would go back again. 1st for its hospitality and 2nd for its location .
