Slechts 1 nacht verblijf.

Mijn verblijf was slechts 1 nacht in dit comfortabele hotel. Het hotel is in juli 2009 geopend. Kamers zijn schoon. Zeker aan te raden. In het restaurant wordt voornamelijk Indiase gerechten geserveerd. De Golden Temple is slechts enkele minuten (met auto) vanaf het hotel te bereiken.

Okay stay, need renovation

The hotel needs a thorough revamp, the furniture is now looking rundown. Check-in and check-out staff needs to tone down. Availability of Hot water in bathrooms was erratic and had to call at reception for the same. Food taste was okay, housekeeping staff was good. All in all hotel need to renovate itself to keep the Radisson name keep afloat.

The lodging was alright however the staff was outright debacle the staff at front work area was least troubled and not so much as a solitary staff was not wearing mask The room haz some sort of the weird smell and there are soom much clamor in the inn I don't have the foggiest idea where it coming from .TV was not working even in the wake of calling a few times to gathering no one came to actually take a look at it The staff there was not after the Coronavirus convention and they don't try to follow it The rundown is excessively long Stay away from it if possible

Pathetic stay for all 4 nights. Same menu in breakfast for all 4 days, no proper room cleanjng, tolietaries were not kept in the room, Limited water supply in the washrooms that also no hot water. Reception staff not at all courtious.

Hotel infra was okay but customer experience was not satisfied. Blankets was team off, tea cups were spot mark like very old. No service boy available to take guest to their room. Even room guidance were not shared. We searched at our own. Room Service was not there. Unbelievable experience with Redisson group property. Not worthy for me.

Basic hotel, good service

Pleasant service, basic hotel, room felt a bit old. Generally ok though, not much noise, good reception (sent sprite middle of the night when feeling unwell). Breakfast was disappointing, we were going to the Golden Temple but there were limited non-egg options. Nice shower head! They need to provide right number of towels and bathroom products for occupants. If three people are staying, feel like there should be three towels. But reception were happy enough to send up the extra stuff after requesting :)

The property is located at a convenient place near the Golden Temple. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit limited in terms of overall quality like sleep comfort linen and toiletries etc. the breakfast was good . We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was surprisingly big. Overall a good experience.
