Dear Gopinath,Thank you very much for your evaluation.Yes, by the occupancy at that momemnt was opportunity and we upgraded your room till the one of the highest categories, on the upper floor, for your comfort. On the period of your staying in our hotel the central air condition system was in heating mode as it was still winter season. In our hotel we provide service to the guests from different countries and in the period between the seasons for some people it is hot, for some people it is cold. All facilities in our hotel are opening by weather conditions. Our technical service department keeps track of the air degrees and by standart norms according the weather temperature we are changing the air conditioning system from heating to cooling.
