Privé kelderappartement met 1 slaapkamer en aparte ingang op 3 mijl van het centrum. Geniet van de rustige achtertuin en patio met schommelbank en hangmat.

De ruimte
Groot privéappartement met 1 slaapkamer en comfortabel queensize bed. Bovendien is een verhoogd queensize luchtbed klaar voor gebruik en past het comfortabel in de grote woonkamer. Een Pack 'N Play en / of wieg is ook beschikbaar voor jonge kinderen of baby's.

Kabel-tv in de woonkamer met HBO, Showtime en het Netflix-kanaal. Slaapkamer TV heeft Roku en dvd-speler.

Badkamer heeft een body wash, shampoo en conditioner dispenser, zachte handdoeken, gebogen douchestang en extra toiletartikelen.

De keuken is voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat met heerlijke lokale koffie, een grote koelkast, een broodrooster, een fornuis en een magnetron. Er zijn tal van gerechten en kookbenodigdheden inbegrepen. Gasten hebben ook toegang tot de grote gasgrill op het privéterras.

Hoewel er een open haard in de unit is, vragen we gasten niet te gebruiken.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a few days near our daughter who is a grad student at UGA. We opted for this instead of a motel as we usually do. We were not disappointed. The place is cute and cozy and perfect for a few days spent in Athens. Great location and neighborhood and very lovely people. The place was clean and well stocked. Both the bed and the shower were great. We will definitely stay here on our trips to visit our daughter in the future.

A place to relax

Our stay was easy, comfortable and relaxing. The apartment and neighborhood is very quiet, absolutely no traffic sounds. If the weather had been warmer it also would have been a nice place to spend time outside as a grill is provided and a table and chairs and nice area of lawn. Everything was made easy as possible.

UGA Parent’s Weekend

Matt was super easy to work with. The basement apt was a perfect home base to visit our daughter at UGA and go the football game. The hosts thought of everything you might need including toiletries, coffee, waters, etc. And our daughter is missing her cat from home and enjoyed seeing the hosts cats around the yard! Great little apartment

This was a nice, comfortable little apartment, in a wooded subdivision. You have everything you need, the kitchen has labels so you don't have to guess where things are. This is an apartment, so you will hear them moving around upstairs, just like you would in any apartment or hotel, but they seem to be early to bed people because it's quiet by 9 or 10. I was very happy with my stay and plan to stay there for future visits.

The property was as listed. Very, very nice and accommodating. Owners are right there when you have any questions. Beautifully decorated, really loved the pump in the shower with all your bath needs. Extended Stay

We rented here for 6 weeks while waiting to close on our new house. Overall, our stay was okay. The space was relatively clean and the yard & patio out back is beautiful. Our biggest complaint would be the noise. The jumping, running, & screaming above us was LOUD and frequent. The apartment is private, but we did not realize that it shared the bottom level with the family home. While the spaces are separated by a locked door, we could easily hear conversations in the room over, which made it feel significantly less private. We could hear the family snoring above us at night, but luckily the room came with a sound machine which we greatly appreciated. The property was nice and came stocked with all the necessities, just not recommended for light sleepers or folks prone to headaches. Matt & Tiffany are fantastic and were very accommodating hosts. They were very responsive when we reached out, and they even replaced the stove for us when it went out. We really appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend them as hosts.
