We never received instructions on how to open the gate, how to enter the building or what bedroom we were in until THE DAY AFTER WE LEFT ! Quite frankly, that was appalling. We would be entitled to request a full refund of the cost given that the stress we were under when we arrived and had no idea if we were in the place that we had booked, and the fact that we had huge difficulty in contacting anybody was disgraceful. And Wotif needs to review their instructions when you talk about the property not having safety deposit boxes or a manned reception desk, it sounded as though we had been booked into a bloody hotel, not an Air B N B ! poor effort guys!!
