Dit 5 slaapkamers, 3 volledige en 2 halve bad (plus buitendouche!) Walker Luxury Vacation Rental is een ware oase voor meerliefhebbers! Elke slaapkamer biedt helder, helder en adembenemend uitzicht op het meer, zodat u de volledige belevenis van het meer hebt, ongeacht waar u slaapt. Grote huiselijke amusementsruimtes en alle gemakken van uw eigen huis zijn te vinden in dit huis aan het meer. Met veel buiten loungen in gedekte lounge stoelen rond het negatieve rand zwembad (en hot tub) biedt de typografie de perfecte balans tussen zon en schaduw. Het huis ligt op slechts een korte wandeling naar de waterkant waar u kunt vissen of dobberen. Een koffiebar, een gasbarbecue, een overdekt terras met een open haard in de buitenlucht en een bar voor amusementsactiviteiten bij het zwembad zijn slechts enkele voorzieningen voor de gasten.

Lake Travis Escape ligt aan Lake Travis POA Marina Park, direct naast de deur. Deze jachthaven biedt geen bootslips voor gasten, maar u kunt uw boot vanaf de helling lanceren en laden en de picknickplaats gebruiken. U kunt ook worden opgehaald door een bootverhuur vanaf deze boothelling. Laat het ons weten als u uw eigen boot meeneemt, want we zullen een gastenpas moeten kopen voor uw gebruik.

Dit huis is gedeeltelijk toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers; geen trappen vanaf de oprit naar binnen, waar de hoofdverdieping een slaapkamer met inloopdouche, woonkamer, keuken en terras opvoert. Er zijn stappen naar het zwembadniveau.

Of het nu gaat om een op maat gemaakte smaak van Austin, begeleide bergwandeling en picknick, live muziekcrawl, ontbijtaaco en bloederige mary's die aan je deur worden bezorgd of wachten in een vijf uur durende rij voor de beruchte Franklin BBQ, the sky's the limit. Beautiful home and incredible view

We loved our stay at this house. It was a perfect layout for our group and felt much larger than the square footage, because of the outdoor spaces and separation of bedrooms. The house was very well appointed and the pool was fantastic. Only shortcomings were: some minor maintenance issues with the house (floors warped, light bulbs, towel hook broken), the lack of bedroom closets and dressers (we had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor), we had to call every time we needed the hot tub heated or the pool lights turned on which was inconvenient, overall the rental process was less friendly and welcoming than many other rentals we've had. They seemed more concerned about us having a large party or being outdoors after 10pm then to be friendly and thankful for our business.

Property was beautifully made, location was great and we enjoyed. Here are some things which could be better.1. add on fees are high, ultimate bill was twice as high as per day charge.2. there were multiple cleanliness issues-like roach in fridge. water clogging in one of the showers, a scorpion on the floor. These issues were promptly corrected by management.3. Swimming pool was dirty with algae, we did not swim, even though weather was beautiful.4. Kitchen only had very large pans to cook. An update could help.Over all we will come again and recommend to friends, if these issues are addressed.Thank You.

Loved it!

I stayed at this property with some friends and we were glued to the pool and back patio the whole time. They've created a wonderful atmosphere to relax. It's also only about a 30-minute drive from some beautiful hikes on Lake Travis. Would stay here again!

The property was nice. However the online description is not totally accurate. We had 14 in my group all family. We needed Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for five families. The property only has four bedrooms with access to three bathrooms with showers. The outside bedroom and open pool shower were not what we expected? The property was clean at first look, but has a heavy accumulation of dust and spider webs. We had spiders in the bedrooms and one in the pillow of my 7 year old cousin. She was in one of the top bunks screaming. The outside bedroom had a scorpion pay a visit on two other family members! Please consider taking the time out to have a pest control inspection and treatment of the property. Overall we had a good family gathering and will definitely use your service again.

Upscale lake house

The property is stunning and right on the lake with amazing views; we loved watching the deer in the evenings from the back patios. The screened in patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading and relaxing all day long. Lots of space but the stairs are a definite consideration especially with older family members. Beds are very comfortable (except for the outdoor/pool bedroom which the teens ended up not using because of that and having to go across outdoor patio to get to main house for a bathroom). Wish we could have given it 5 stars as it is a fantastic property but did not fall in what I would consider a luxury property. It felt like the house hadn't been used in some time and hadn't had a thorough check before our arrival. The tablet that controls the pool and hot tub had no charge, batteries were dead in remotes for outdoor TV and we alerted management but had to wait for them to be delivered by Amazon, the notebook with instructions is minimal and print is faded and difficult to read, some of the linens were stained, pool towels and some of the throw blankets are worn, and there were a fair amount of cobwebs. We chose not to have the pool heated but used the hot tub daily (and often multiple times per day). That seems to have been the biggest source of miscommunication with property management as they couldn't tell us how to turn the jets on and to ask the pool guy on Monday. He didn't come until Wednesday and advised us the jets are just for circulation and it's not a spa type hot tub. That evening the hot tub wasn't working and we weren't kept updated on the circumstances but eventually were able to speak to a pool maintenance person who walked us through troubleshooting and we eventually got it working again. Also note that though the property amenities note kayak/canoe they are not available for use by guests. We should have questioned as it also says "golf" but we assumed there was also a golf cart but weren't concerned about that since none of us are golfers. So overall, though our family had a good time and did enjoy the beautiful property we have some problems, and while they were eventually corrected it did detract from our enjoyment while on vacation. We are hoping to try again but maybe later in the season when things are running more smoothly.

Beautiful home, great communication, easily accommodated 17 of us. We struggled with the heat in the hot tub but guarantee it was a user error. The only suggestion is to have more large glass bowls in kitchen. Callout that the 2 king master bedrooms do not have a door for the attached bathroom for privacy- add a pocket door?

Nice House Great View!

My family and 3 other families stayed here and had a great time. Nice open kitchen and had 2 fridges! Only down side was the stove as it only used metal stainless steel pots and not aluminum. We had brought our own sticky rice cooker that was aluminum. Other then that we all loved the pool and outdoor living area. We hope to plan another stay here. Thank you!

Don't book with intention of accessing Lake Travis

The house was mostly what we expected. The pool was cloudy because it did not have enough chlorine in it (pool guy showed up when we were there), so because of that there were water bugs, but it was still lovely to hang out in – it could just be a little better maintained. The house and accommodations overall were great. The kitchen was big, there was lots of fridge space and an ice machine. It was really nice to sit in the screen-in porch area in the mornings. And everything was clean inside the house. Unfortunately the whole parking situation was very stressful for us. We booked this house because of the proximity to the lake, and upon the advertising that we could bring our boat... but really there is not a viable option to park overnight that is not stressful or illegal if you have anything larger than a kayak. The property managers knew from the beginning of our intention to bring our average-small ski boat and it was never made clear to us that this would be an issue. The road is narrow and there is no way to turn around with a trailer, and the marina does not offer slip rentals and won't allow you to park overnight. So we had to basically leave our boat on the side of the road a ways away from the house, with the possibility of neighbors complaining and being towed (thankfully they didn't). However, we were almost towed from the marina one morning because the property managers failed to issue us a guest pass for the marina – which was never explained to us that one was required. So if your intention is to access Lake Travis with a boat, this is probably not an ideal location for that. If your intention is to hang by the pool and look at Lake Travis, then it would be great. It says it can accommodate 20 guests, but parking will be an issue if your guests are adults bringing their own cars (we didn't even have 20 guests and the neighbors complained). You can fit about 5-6 cars in the driveway. Also, one of the bedrooms is not connected to the house and would not have been comfortable to stay in (it's more of a pool room and kind of smelled). I'd say it comfortably sleeps 6 adults and then there is one room where you can pile in on two queen-sized bunk beds if needed, but that's not ideal for adults wanting privacy - kids enjoyed it though. Overall – come for the pool and beautiful views. But don't come with a boat.

Lakeside paradise

Thoughtful floor-plan and tons of amenities for guests, this house was all we had hoped it would be. With several lounge areas, a pile of fresh pool towels, and an easy walk to a quiet and beautiful part of the lake, we enjoyed our stay immensely and made the most of everything. The house also has sonos and tons of smart features to make it easy to slip into vacation mode and relax. We used the high-end Weber grill and the massive kitchen with 2 fridges, dedicated ice maker, and beverage fridge were a nice touch.

Very clean, pictures are accurate. Even after reading reviews, it wasn't clear to me that this house is a full 2.5 stories with a lot of stairs. 80 year old grand parents were not able to use the pool area as it was down 2 flights of stairs. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, including beach towels for pool area. There's an ice maker in the kitchen along with 2 full sized refrigerators and a drink fridge. Kinda weird that the bathrooms inside bedrooms had no door... showering could be not private. Tons of pillows, sheets were very nice and nobody complained about mattresses. Husband was very happy there was a full office with dual monitors and a printer for working, just hook up your laptop and go!

Don't bring a boat. There is no where to keep it. We took a chance and kept it anchored out.

The pool was not clean. We had to clean the filters out ourselves. They were stuffed with limbs, leaves and beer cans. The internet was not working, and that is what you needed to control the pool. Don't believe them when they tell you, you can keep your boat at the end of the culdesac. Its way too small. Just don't bring one unless its very small.

Decent place to stay, but definitely not luxury, and definitely not worth the price.

Before I discuss the cons of the property, I would like to briefly mention the things that we did enjoy. The property is located in a nice secluded neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool. It was nice to have a spa pool option for evening gatherings. Due to COVID, we were expecting high level of cleanliness for our only family getaway this summer. Because of the quick turnaround between reservations, cleaning was very poor. It’s very unpleasant to see other people’s hair on your sheets, dirt and stains on the sheets, and others’ hair in the tub and bug nests in windows. The outside room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Granted, they did send someone out within hours to clean that room. As for the rest of the house, the pictures were deceiving. In person, the house felt dated. More importantly, the layout is very inconvenient. The main living area and kitchen are in a completely different level than the pool (2 levels to be exact). The mini fridge outside was not working and the property manager clearly said they were not going to fix it. Having to go up and down 2 levels of stairs for drinks and food was draining. This was especially hard for elderly family members. It’s Important to note that one of the bedrooms is outside without a restroom and without connection to the main house. So if you’re in the pool, or staying in that room, the closest restroom is up a set of stairs and inside the house. The bedroom with the bunk beds can sleep up to 8 people, yet it only has a half bath without a shower. The options for those 8 people to shower are: go downstairs in the Master or shower completely across the house in the guest bath. Again, because of the quick turnaround, small detailed were missed. The freezer ice dispenser was not working and the property manager said we should just “grab the ice with our hands.” I don’t mind doing it at my house, but I don’t want a do that in a rental where others stick their hands as well. We ran out of propane gas mid-dinner and the spare tanks were also empty. We notified the property manager early next morning in order to have tanks for our lunch, but these didn’t arrive until 4 PM. Three hours past our lunch time. Overall, a decent place to stay, but definitely not luxury, and definitely not worth the price they request per night. It definitely needs some tender loving care and more attention to cleanliness and details between rentals.
