Townsend Place Penthouse Ski-In / Out, Beaver Creek Village

Nieuwe eigenaar, Townsend Place volledig opnieuw ingericht 3 slaapkamers, 2 complete badkamer appartement met 3 queensize bedden en een koning master suite. Hoekappartement met uitzicht. Ski-in / ski-out, overdekte parkeerplaats, lift, bubbelbad en een korte wandeling naar het dorp maken dit appartement ideaal voor uw vakantie. Volledig ingerichte keuken met roestvrijstalen apparatuur en granieten aanrecht. Gas BBQ grill op het dek dat er uit ziet op de hot tub. Privé skikluis beneden (sleutel aanwezig) en gecodeerde sleutel minder ingangen.

Van Townsend Place in Beaver Creek is het slechts een korte wandeling naar het dorp om te winkelen, dineren en schaatsen. Om op de piste te komen skiet je gewoon vanuit de flat naar de Elkhorn Lift (stoel 14). Skidorp naar dorp tussen Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch en Arrowhead Village. Skiën terug naar Townsend Place door te gaan over de Skier Bridge in de buurt van de bodem van Strawberry Park Express. Als u wilt, is er een shuttle die aan de overkant van de straat van de flat ophaalt en u naar het dorp brengt. Na 18.00 uur is er een gratis "Dial-a-Ride" -deur-tot-deur service om u overal in Beaver Creek te vervoeren. Er is ook elke donderdagavond van half december tot maart een vuurwerkshow (als het weer het toelaat). $ 200 schoonmaakkosten bij vertrek, belasting is 10. 99%, geen sleuteloverdracht, combinatie is voorzien voor de voordeur van het gebouw en de condo. Minimale verblijfsduur is 3 tot 5 nachten.

My friends and I rented this amazing property for 5 days of skiing and absolutely loved it.Joy, the host, was very accommodating. She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here again in the future.

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.

This rental property turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Short and scenic walk to the Beaver Creek Village stores and dining. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped condominium was perfect for our family of four plus a friend. Communication with property manager was always timely and relevant. 10 out of 10 review score.

My family of four stayed here for a summer trip. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and we loved our time here. The property is in a great location. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the center of the ski village. There were multiple summer activities for kids and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property had everything we needed during our stay. It's also located right near the ski lifts so we are planning to come back one winter and try out the slopes. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

It was a very easy walk to the village shops and restaurants and easy short ski to Elkhorn lift. The layout and size of the condo was just right for our family. We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Exceptional location, well appointed kitchen, very comfy living areas. Great for a family with teens, second floor is theirs and they will love it. Our summer trip was as expected, perfect. Seamless communication with Joy the property owner, everything is as described. Easy walk to the village, love the nature path by the creek. There are picnic areas nested into the trees. The building itself was very quiet, parking was easy and the elevator made luggage transport simple. Beaver Creek is our Colorado paradise and this rental checks all boxes. Highly recommend!

We agreed to rent the condo with no pets. It’s a great location and a nice condo except we didn’t clearly understand the second floor was accessed only by a narrow spiral staircase. Our friend’s daughter goes to college in Colorado. As planned she joined us. Unbeknownst to me her friend came the next day and brought his service dog (not a pet per VRBO policy). I asked Joy if the dog could stay for one night. She said no. I told the service animal owner the answer was “no.” Unfortunately I was skiing and then found out the service dog was already in the condo; and some damage was done to a door and a carpet upstairs. This was not my intent or plan. The landlord’s texts have been filled with inaccurate accusations and have been extremely emotional and unprofessional. I apologized for the situation and asked her for the cost to fix the damage; for which we are willing to pay. The landlord has suggested she cannot rent the property, which is absurd. She has also said she can’t get contractors to fix the door and carpet until the ski season is over; which will be shortly. So, Ok. Let me know the cost to repair the damage and we will cover it. What I don’t want is to be berated by a landlord who is not following VRBO policy as to service animals (not pets) and who continues to berate me after I acknowledged the damage and agreed to pay the cost to repair said damage.

We had a wonderful stay in Beaver Creek! Our group loved being able to ski in/ski out - Elkhorn lift is so close! And a short walk to village. The location is ideal! The condo had plenty of space for our group of 8, however it is cozy for sleeping. We loved using the hot tub apres ski and kitchen was well appointed for our breakfasts. Joy was very communicative and lovely to work with! We highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Beaver Creek!

This property was everything advertised. Renovated and nicely appointed with highly communicative owner. Perfect location just a very short walk to the center of the village. Great parking beneath the building. The climb to the apartment because there is currently no elevator was easy.

My family (4 adults) loves Beaver Creek in the summer. We had never stayed at Townsend Place, but decided to try after seeing the high reviews of the condo on VRBO. The condo did not disappoint - it was spacious, well appointed, and attention to detail given to whatever needs the guests might have. The condo was extremely clean and was filled with extras (towels, bedding, toiletries, etc). The location was a short walking distance from Beaver Creek Village. Hiking, tennis, restaurants and 4th of July concert music, along with the condo made it a perfect getaway. The condo owner was quick to respond to inquiries and very professional. The only negative was the building elevator being out of commission, but in the current environment, it is understandable it takes extra time to fix. Thanks again.

The positive: Owner (Joy) very easy to communicate with and responsive Condo - very clean and well equipped Location-very good for the price, easy ski in and out except the lift to get on to mountain, Elk Horn, is incredibly slow, but no one uses and no line! Easy walk into resort area or call to free shuttle. The negative: Elevator was broken from check in to check out. Unit is on top floor. Taking luggage and groceries upstair 4 flights first day was painful. Going up 4 flights after skiing all day painful and then going down and up for hot tub and anything else sucked. I did text Joy right away and her response was she would check with the property manager. I was concerned as the sign on elevator said issue with getting the part. Joy did offer to refund us if we wanted to find another place or refund us partial $$. We were already there and to try and find another place once we brought up our stuff was unrealistic. While the $$ offered back was generous, I was annoyed when I found out the elevator has had issues for about the last 3-4 weeks. She was aware in advance and I wished we were given the opportunity in advance to find somewhere else to stay. Just a thought whenever you rent on top floor anywhere! The locker is not big enough to accommodate ski boots so you are going up and down with them! She did send me a check very quickly and we do appreciate. There could be a few extra towels so there are extra for hot tub and showering without using for both daily. The hot tub has no storage area or shelter so when snowing your towel and clothes will get wet. We did have a great trip....the elevator was our only issue but it is a very big one!
