Escape busy Kuta

Nice little hotel in busy kuta. Perfect in low season since the pool is rather small. Service is good. Breakfast was fine. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only thing is that the taxi service is not fairly priced. We wanted to go to Balian beach after Kuta and asked how much it would cost. My boyfriend came back and said it would be around 40 dollars.. i quickly looked it up on the net and found out you could get it for half that price. of course we cancelled our reservation and booked online. But other then that it was a nice stay and a good escape from the Kuta madness.

Our resort never take any profit or business from transportation service. We are working together with third party for local transport, and our front office will only help you to call bluebird taxi if you wish to have a taxi. The rate didn't came from our hotel at all. Secluded resort, located in a very busy area.

The resort is secluded, but located in the very busy clubbing area of Kuta/Legian. Some noise from those clubs reaches the rooms in late evening and night, but is bearable. The beach is a little walk away, and so is the Beachwalk shopping mall and Kuta Square shopping area. Any room is located in one of the 6 building blocks, which all have 3 floors. There are no elevators available, but staff will carry your luggage after check in. Buildings and rooms seem a bit outdated, some renovation and repair was happening during my stay. Breakfast buffet has a very large choice. So nobody will be disappointed here, I suppose.

Nette en ruime en schone kamer. Ontbijt is matig. Koffie is niet te drinken omdat deze lange tijd op een verwarm plaat staat. Het geleverde transport is ook erg duur. Een taxi via Grab bestellen is 5 keer goedkoper. Er is een betrouwbaar geldwisselkantoor met een goede koers.

Our coffee is always fresh every morning, and was made during breakfast time. We keep it in the coffee/ tea pot to keep it warm and ready to serve to every guest who would like have it. Furthermore, regarding the transport service, please know that we are working together with third party/ local transport to fulfill the guest needs, and it's still depends on the guest's preference, which transportation is more comfortable and convenience for them. Mooie en schone kamers en een geweldig zwembad. Er is een prachtig restaurantgebouw met bar nabij het zwembad echter de keuze van (alcoholische) drank is beperkt. Alleen bier is beschikbaar. Men heeft geen licentie voor overige alcoholische dranken. Een heerlijke cocktail bij het zwembad of een glas wijn bij het eten is niet te krijgen. Het eten is overig ook van een mindere kwaliteit. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen en de koffie is niet te drinken. Ben maar buiten de deur gaan ontbijten.

Midden in uitgangsbuurt. Zeer druk verkeer. Veel lawaai.en aanklampen als je buiten komt. Ontbijt minimaal en niet proper.

It was ok, but not great

We’ve stayed at the hotel for 2,5 weeks. We had a deluxe room but it was not really ‘deluxe’. The bathroom was small, closetspace very small and the sheets were overwassed en gray. We only had one nightstand, which was kinda weird. The bed was good to sleep and it was nice to have fresh drink water all the time. A lot of tv shows was nice to! Breakfast was not so good. Everyday the same and nothing excepted for the eggs where fresh. Bakery where all chewy and old. Choices of jam or any other flavors where limited. The staff was not so nice like the other people around in Bali. They cutt us off and didn’t want to help or spoke limited English. At the last day, We took the shampoo when we left (half a bottle) and then the hotel let the driver stop and make us pay or take out the bottle out of the luggage. Very unfriendly and weird service. It was al bottle of 100 ml?! The housekeeping where really really nice buy the way, we loved the guy! The food at the hotel is terrible (at the pool cafe) and don’t order any room service! Super expensive and what you get is so bad! Nacho’s with whipped cream instead of sour cream with no cheese for €6,-!! We did the spa as well. The massage took a very long time doing the same thing. And some of the treatments where very cold and uncomfortable. But overall ok! We are definitely going back to Bali but next time we will choose another hotel :)

Fabriekje dat enkel op geld van toerist uit is.

Naast uitgaansbuurt. Discolawaai tot 6u am. Drank aan zwembad veel te duur. Slechts 1 keer in hotel gegeten omdat de rekening niet klopte, teveel aangerekend. Taxi geregeld door hotel voor uitstappen tot anderhalve keer duurder dan doorsnee taxi.
