The accomodation is very clean. I had a washing machine in my room. The essential amenities were available. The room is well tempered with two separate AC Controllers. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The kitchenette was also ok but I haven’t used except the fridge. The TV programs are limited but I was not there to watch TV. So that was really not a negative point especially when you have high speed internet. The only negative thing I had was the breakfast. I didn’t find it very cool that the only cheese that was offered was at the same plate of the ham and sausage. I think that shall be separated. But the rest of the food was good and the team was more then polite. In general the Thai People are very polite and have a great attitude towards tourists. I also had a massage there. I can only recommend the silver package. And believe it or not it was cheaper than the one you get on the street shops.
So at the end it was a great stay as expected and I am looking forward to be back there soon.

Goed hotel midden in het centrum van Bangkok
Geplaatst op 24 jan. 2018Goed hotel midden in het centrum van Bangkok. De kamer waarin wij verbleven was groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt en lunch is erg goed en de dames die er werken zijn fantastisch. Geldt overigens ook voor de dames bij de lobby. In de omgeving een groot winkelcentrum waar je goed kan shoppen (hogere prijsklasse) en heerlijk kunt eten.

Luxe hotel met fijn zwembad
Geplaatst op 13 jan. 2018 op HotelsWas prettig, ik had een grote suite bij het zwembad. Mooie houten vloer en erg veel ruimte. Het zwembad was wel erg koud. Tuk tuk service naar BTS station is handig.

Adelphi Grande Hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien
Geplaatst op 11 aug. 2011Wilt u geen omkijken hebben naar wat dan ook, boek dan dit hotel. Onze kamer was ruim, schoon, voorzien van groot TFT scherm, kingsize bed, wasmachine, magnetron, safe etc.
Dus geen extra zorgen over bv. opbergen waardevolle spullen etc.

Adelphi Grande Bangkok, value for money
Geplaatst op 25 aug. 2010Prima hotel met goede voorzieningen en uitstekende service. Wasmachine/droger op de kamer was erg handig om vieze kleding na meerdaagse trip naar River Kwai resort weer schoon te krijgen. Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen, maar is goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.
Tijdens onze periode werd het riool in de straat vervangen wat overlast gaf, maar de buurt wel zal verbeteren.

I loved that the hotel was off the beaten path. There is a one 7-11, a couple spots to eat, a 24 hour grocery store. The pool was shaded around 3pm so the water was cold. Even tho it was hot outside.

It was a very beautiful room. There was also a laundry facility which was helpful.
There are convenience stores and supermarkets near the hotel. It's reasonably close to the station, and there are reasonably priced Thai restaurants around the station.

Staff service outstanding, particularly bellhop Jame, Chef Lek, and extraordinary waitstaff Nang. Nang knew to bring cappucino after I'm finished the fruit course of a delightful breakfast buffet from simple observation. Lek makes the finest three-egg omelets in Bangkok. Pool water temperature just perfect, and almost always deserted. No complaints and loads of praise.
