Общее впечатление-замечательно отдохнули. Были проездом из Мерсина в Памуккале, остановились на три дня. Море - теплое, достаточно удобный вход для взрослых - пляж песок, при входе немного гальки, метра через 1,5 от входа глубина по пояс и песок. Лежаков всегда было достаточно. Пляжные полотенца выдаются без залога, только карточки, которые сдаешь при смене. Два прекрасных открытых бассейна на разных уровнях. Прекрасная баня и крытый бассейн. Еда - более, чем достойные выбор и на завтрак и на обед и на ужин. Днём мороженое, всевозможные коктейли, мы больше увлекались обычным молочным и айраном ))). Обслуживание - все очень доброжелательные и услужливые. Была одна вечно недовольная официантка, но кого волнует ее настроение). Номера - нормальные с балконом. Не понравилось покрывало вместо одеяла, кондиционер дующий на кровать (как и во многих других отелях) и ванная, конечно требует ремонта. Я сама очень привередлива к условиям проживания, могу сказать, что все достаточно чисто и на несколько ночей вполне хороший выбор. Особенно учитывая стоимость за сутки - день стоил в районе 5 тыс.руб. Анимация - очень слабая, совершенно не зажигающая. Один из вечеров была девочка с танцем живота - очень понравилась. Вывод - отель стоит своих денег. Управляющий сказал, что со следующего года сменится собственник, поэтому ремонт в комнатах никто не делает.

Otele 2 aile olarak 02 _09 Ağustos 2020 tarihleri arasında gittik. karşılamadan resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaşların ilgisi ve alakası memnuniyet verici. odalar hergün temizleniyor. Yemekler çok güzel hiçbir masraftan kaçınılmamış. Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı. Havuzları çok güzel hergün kontrollerini yapıldığına şahit oldum. Otelin denize sıfır olması büyük bir avantaj. Sahildeki bar ve yemek yeme yerinin olması çok güzel. Animasyon ekibi başta Mustafa Bey Sabrina, Ali, Nesrin ve diğer personeli bizleri ve misafirleri eğlendirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Otelden ayrılırkende Müdür Mehmet Beye ve Resepsiyonda Çalışan Bayram Beye ve diğer arkadaşa da teşekkürlerimizi ilettik.

Whilst I applaud the quality of the food and the greatest efforts of the staff. This cannot be a 5* resort. My room was terrible. The shower leaked into a semi pool on the bathroom floor which was very dangerous. The cupboards did not close the fridge did not work despite being replaced. First one didn’t work either. I have taken photos which I will share with Expedia.

The Bestest Experience Of Resort, Beaches, Food...
The best experience of being in a resort. The We booked for three nights then we end up keep extending for 10 more nights. It is totally worth it. The warmth welcome and the great service. We loved all the activities especially Yoga, evening programs. It is really safe during this pandemic, loved the photography (Don't miss that). Everyone was super lovely 😊 , we made friends with Nasrin, the active girl inthe compound. Ali the DJ played our favorite song. The front desk was friendly and professional.

Never ever again!
The only two good things about this hotel was Natalie, a caring staff member and the hotel hairdresser who is an accomplished coiffure. I left early, could no longer bear to stay. Was sexually harassed in the bar by a Russian tourist and the reception staff never called security. The food was inedible. The room was in urgent need of refurbishment. Do not book a taxi through the hotel. A self employed agent with overthreaded waxed eyebrows will call his friend who will try charge you 30 euros for a 7 km journey and you will be dropped off at the back of some dodgy street and whisked through the back of a leather warehouse. I complained and felt very sorry for some staff. The hotel is very isolated and no taxi service close by. It’s 18 Euro one way from Belek city to the hotel.

All incluseve is only for food with bad service!!
The hotel concept is only for food "inclusive" otherwise the service and the facility is too bad and old with un-taking care of the guest new requirements which is available in any hotel across the world, a small example they don't have an iron, they don's provide double bed which they merge two single bed together! the resort is too big with un-known experience to deal with guests and rood Turkish people attitude. Furniture is too old need to be refurbished with some renovation, room house keeping for Throne Seagate Hotel and resort are onyl packing up the sheet without changing it or move it, plus the keep the sheet separate on the table!!! In general they have an un-qualifyed staff at all with only a Turkish tongue speaking language

Dear Guest, We are always trying to be helpful if the guests come to reception with any kind of problems. All our staff is speaking few international languages, and have minimum few years of experience in turism, all managers mostly 7-12 years. Our hotel is not a big resort, it is only 235 rooms and compact area, just one building. We are making cleaning in rooms every day, and we change sheets once in 3 days. Viewers and readers, please pay attention this resort cannot be considered as a 5 Star hotel, may be 1 or 2 star most. I am a frequent traveler I had never seen such awful resort for what they offering, meal time was kind of torturing for us and a few times we had to go out of resort for the meals and breakfast. In terms of cleanness dirty & filthy in and out, reception’s staff service sub zero, rooms housekeeping the same if there is no shampoo, soap & etc. if I want to make it short the management trying to cut every corner of expenses including the ceiling lights in the lobby waiting area. Please don’t destroy your vacation by choosing this resort. M. Vahab

Lieber Gast Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. In unserem Animationsteam haben wir 3 Männer und 2 Frauen, die allen Gästen absolut gleiche Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Unsere Mitarbeiter sprechen Türkisch, Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Russisch. Es gibt immer jemand , der Englisch oder Deutsch spricht. İM Restaurant alle warmen Gerichte sind in stabilen Stahlbehältern mit Deckel und sie werden alle nachgefüllt, wenn sie zu Ende sind. Der Reinigungsservice macht die Reinigung der Zimmer jeden Tag, wenn der Gast das Schild "Nicht stören" setzt nicht. Wir versuchen immer den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten und reagieren immer schnell an der Rezeption, wenn unser Gast Hilfe braucht. So called 5 star hotel.
Suffiency of facilities, cleanliness of rooms and pools are very far from a 5 star hotel. There was no lifeguard around pools. Clothes of personnel are also dirty. I have never seen any smilibg personnel.The guy at the reception did nit say any welcome word. This hotel does not deserve the paid amount.

OK per viaggi in famiglia!
ho soggiornato 5 notti al Throne Seagate Belek ad Agosto 2018. L'hotel si è dimostrato ideale per viaggio con famiglia e bambini in quanto si tratta di una struttura 5 stelle abbastanza informale, dimensioni non eccessive, piscine di cui una attrezzata con scivoli, ampia spiaggia sabbiosa e camere molto grandi. Il personale dell'hotel è stato sempre gentile e disponibile in caso di necessità e richieste. Migliorabile la pulizia degli spazi comuni e il servizio ristorante in quanto la disponibilità di molti cibi terminava poco dopo l'ora di apertura e non veniva reintegrata. Da considerare che nella regione le temperature e l'umidità possono raggiungere valori molto elevati nei mesi estivi.

This beach hotel had all the facilities of a 5* hotel. Rooms were modern,and cleaned daily. The spa and indoor pool are an experience not to miss. Outdoors , the pool was large enough so that it was not overcrowded at peak times . We booked all inclusive, and were not let down with the availability of food throughout the day, be it at the restaurant , outdoor snack bar or the lobby bar. Staff were helpful for our needs. overall a n enjoyable holiday.

Det knappast en två tjärnigt hotel, rummen har dåligt skick de städet slarvigt, badrummet är väldigt slitet o är i renoverings behov, wi-fi skulle ingå men det funkar varken i rummen eller i lobbyn. Maten var ok

Poor service - Very disappointed!!!
We visited this hotel recently (July 2018). To be honest I don’t know how to express lots the negative points that we were dealing them. I just say, It was very disappointed as it was unbelievable that it was a 5 star hotel.Firstly , staffs were not friendly. Hygiene was very very poor even owe full. Limit and poor quality of food, cheap drinks. There was no food for late guest and bars didn’t have hot snake to eat so the snack bar had dried up food and we wouldn’t want to eat it!!! The air conditioning was terrible, no wifi in room, you could just use 300mb wifi in the reception and we had to pay for the over of the limit, although the signal was terrible that we even couldn’t make a call!!! how is it a 5 star hotel especially with the dirty and stinking toilet & bathroom that hotel had. The bathtub was leaking, around of bath and walls had lots of muds and sludges on them that we couldn't touch or stayed close of that. we were given a room in the basement with view into a garden wall and very smelly place, although that room was one the good one room after 5 rooms that they offered us but all were same as made our decision deficult. We couldn’t tolerate to stay in that harrible hotel so caused to leave there the next day. Nothing was satisfied for us because it had maximu value of a 3 star hotel. İn all hotel areas we are making preventive insect treatment and we never had this kind of complaint from our guests before. All our sheets are cleaned daily and changed by house keeping. We have ultra all inclusive concept in our hotel, which includes import drinks, on our bars we have big choice of liquors, wine, whisky, vodka, rakı, gin, etc. We are serving our guests dishes of international cuisines, and we always have few kinds of meet and fish in our restaurant. Except main restaurant we have snack bar, pattiserie, gözleme corner, and actually during all day we are serving foods. We never had complaints about food as well. İnternet is free in all areas of hotel. We are sorry You could not enjoy Your holiday and hope to provide better service next time. Best regards,

Nice.. good facilities for families and kids
Overall very good. All inclusive offer was very good. Kids just loved it. Hotel staff were receptive and helpful. However both duty managers were disappointedly discourteous and sometimes lacked training in hospitality.

Nice hotel, its close to the beach. Nice rooms but they should work on the attitude of the housekeepers, they were very rude when we asked for towels because they already changed them in the morning, although our kids were swimming and needed to take a shower again.

Fiyata göre iyi animatörler otelden daha kaliteli
Otel olarak bakıma ihtiyacı var. Ama küçük çocuklu ailler için kaydıraklar havuz mini club ve çocuk aktiviteleri ideal. Animasyon ekibine çok çok teşekkürler. Çok alakalı, çok eğlenceli ve cana yakınlar. Onlar olmaza tüm puanlarım 1 olabilirdi. Bu arada pide ustası mehmet beyi de atlamayalım pideleri efsane.akşam yemekleri güzel tuzda balık harikaydı. Personele bizim müşteri değil misafir olduğumuz konusunda eğitim verilmeli.

Ok familie hotel.
Et lidt slidt hotel. Buffeten var meget en gentagelse i løbet af ugen. Vi havde bestilt og fået bekræftet connected rooms, men havde fået værelser adskilt langt fra hinanden. Vi er en børnefamilie på 2 voksne og 4 børn. Først senere kunne vi få de værelser vi havde bestilt.
