The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional with poor communication skills. No respect or regard for customers. My room card key kept on getting disabled and on the day of my check out, I rang the bell and a hotel employee comes out and I started explaining to him. In the meantime, a guy walks in from the front entrance and yells to me that I must have kept it close to my phone. I said, excuse me and who are you as I am talking to the front reception guy and that I have not been keeping the card key close to my phone and this thing has happened repeatedly ever since we checked in 2 days ago. He came to behind the counter and starts yelling at me exhibiting his ownership of the place and when I asked him to reactivate my key he out of vengeance says that he won’t don’t it and when I threatened to him that I am going to call the cops for his refusal and for his disorderly behavior and rude mannerism, he the wanted to check my ID and then only reactivated my card key for me to take my stuff out of my room and check out. He refused to tell me his name and when I told him that I am going to write a poor review for his conduct, he yelled that he didn’t care and will “reply” to it.
In addition, the hotel rooms and stinky, there’s an offensive room spray that they use that made us sick. The bathroom is smelly, poor finish, the shower head looked like it was full of mold and black build up.
The bed cover/comforter looked old and smelly.
The breakfast was meager- No eggs.
