Geen VIP access gekregen, de deuren zijn heel dun dus je hoort alles van de buren en op de gang. De airco is toch niet OK, want de bedden waren klam/vochtig. De lobby is prachtig en er is veel bedrijvigheid.

Comfortabele kamer, hoewel de bedden klein waren. Het hotel is perfect gelegen in een mooi deel van de stad met gemakkelijke toegang tot eten, winkels en toeristische attracties in het centrum zijn op loopafstand.

Got a king-size bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Toilet flushing were so loud, coming from next door as well as in the room. Tv guide was incorrect as clicking on the program wasn't what would show and not much variety of channels.walking distance to subway station.

This is a very busy hotel with an industrial style to it. Didn't love that they added a $40 resort fee. It was nice to get a drink in the hotel bar after seeing a play. Room was fine if somewhat sterile, bed was very comfortable.

We had a great stay! Was so convenient to every thing! Subway was nearby and made it even easier for us to get around Boston. Hotel was nice, clean and friendly staff. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner smelled amazing. Shower had good water pressure. Bed and sheets were nice and comfortable.

The place looked stunning, but when we got there around 6pm on a Friday, there was only one person handling a crazy-long line. I spotted other staff around, but none of them bothered to jump in at the front. And not a word from anyone to acknowledge the wait – not even a simple "Hang tight, we'll be right with you." On top of that, the accessibility room we stayed in had some serious issues. The bathroom floors were like an ice rink – we almost took a slipped twice! Plus, there was hardly any counter space for our stuff, and the curtain was busted. It was a double bed room and not enough space for two people. It's a shame because the hotel itself is gorgeous, but man, we left feeling pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

Stayed here last night in a "wicked small" room and they didn't lie about the size but for a solo traveler the room size suited my needs aside from the fact there was no refrigerator. That is not why the room gets a 1 star. While showering this morning looking up at the shower head wondering why the water pressure was so low I noticed black mold around the top of the wall around the bathroom. I stayed at a 2 star motel the other week and they had a cleaner bathroom than this supposed 4 star hotel. I also tried to use the $15 food credit that came with the room but the common was closed both times i tried to eat leaving me to go off the property. There are better options for the price. The "view" from the hotel made me feel like I was in a prison looking at all the other windows. I will not be staying here again and advise you to look somewhere else.
