Bijzonder servicegerichte staf. Toplocatie net buiten de binnenstad, vlakbij de metro. Ruime, comfortabele kamer.

We have stayed in this location twice and love how convenient it is to everything. The room is super comfortable. Plus, it smells fabulous when you walk in. We even got to see the famous Brookline Turkeys in the courtyard.

Stayed here three times this year and TV didn’t work twice.. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were CHEAP! And tiny. No complimentary coffee so two small cups of coffee costed over $13. We have to travel to Boston monthly for treatment and unfortunately we will not be staying here. On a positive note, the staff and service is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

It is a nice location. Many options for dining and shopping. Close to the T. The bathroom could use renovation; or, at the very least, a good scrubbing, perhaps a maintenance person could spend an hour repairing the wallpaper. Price for overnight parking was exorbitant, so I parked off-property for half the price. The desk staff was competent, but not cheerful, a bit bored and distracted.

A very pleasant experience overall. Beautiful, spacious, light-filled suite. All of the hotel staff very nice and helpful, particularly Sheila in house keeping. We received a free room upgrade on check-in, without even having to ask. Nice amenities for a hotel of this class. Starbucks cafe in lobby, fireplace, courtyard, etc. Convenient self-parking garage under hotel with direct elevator access to lobby.

The gate to the garage was broken for both days of my stay, and getting in and out was 10 minutes long just for one car. They charged my credit card an extra $100 because of the broken unit. When I opened the Fridge to take out my food, it was warm after sitting two days in a broken fridge! . I threw out $50 worth of food.

The staff is always amazing. You walk out to beautiful Brookline with tons of dining and shopping options. Rooms are clean and updated. Nice comfortable bed and work area.
