Staff was VERY VERY sweet the entire time we were there. There was a lot of sketchy foot traffic in and out of the casino and the property could definitely use a renovation as the vents and property looked a little outdated. We did enjoy our stay!

My room had a broken shower head and it sprayed everywhere after turning on. I was switched to another room and that room had a strong smell of cigarettes. The heat also blew out cool air in both rooms. I would not stay at a red roof inn ever again.

I was refused check in because my only banking is through CHIME. The arrogance of the smug front desk staff person was totally uncalled for and she treated me like a second class citizen. I have a checking account that my payroll is directly deposited into, a savings account and a credit building prepaid credit account. She referred to all of my accounts as prepaid, which technically is correct. Anyone who has a bank account could be called prepaid as it is only the money in the account that is available anyway.
