This newly renovated 3rd-floor condo at Roark Creek is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, and activities of Downtown Branson and the Branson Landing! It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests by utilizing the queen sleeper sofa. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with full-size appliances, flatscreen TVs throughout the home, and fast wifi, making it a great place to relax after an adventurous day in Branson.

You are sure to get a great night's rest as we have just furnished our rental with new beds! The Master Bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite bath. Guests can enjoy their own space in the second King bedroom, which shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the living area. To provide extra sleeping space, we have included a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Community amenities include an indoor pool, a community outdoor pool with a Lift Assist Chair, and Cabana area with seating, and Firepit, a fitness center, a fenced outdoor play area, and a boat launch-ALL within easy walking distance. Overall great place!

Location is perfect! The property is very nice, the pool is huge and plenty of seating. The only complaint I had is the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and the floors to the condo weren’t clean. Everything else was great and we would stay again.

Upon arrival, there was no information given as far as WiFi information, where the indoor pool and workout space was, laundry, check-out procedures, etc. I had to clean out the filters on all air conditioners due to the filter lights being on. They were filthy. I had to call and ask for someone to come clean the floors as well. No broom or mop was available. I was told pool towels were avail at the pool, however, learned later that they had to be picked up at an off-site location.

The location was good, and we appreciate that they were able to let us in early. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were rather uncomfortable - somewhat soft and lumpy. Having the light switch for the main bath outside the bathroom was impractical.

Great place close to Landing

It was a little difficult to find the property per GPS directions but after a couple trips around the block in the general vicinity, we finally found it. Elevator in building A could be marked a little better, we used the stairs a few times until we found it. Parking is good, location is good in respect to the Landing. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Only 1 trash bag and we couldn't find any others in stock, not a big deal. Television a little hard to navigate, I wish TVs were just on/off & select channel for us technically challenged. No major complaints, overall loved the unit and especially close to Branson Landing which we love.

After Thanksgiving fun

The place was a short walk to Branson landing. We did drive because it was cold and had small children. The beds were comfortable, but the kitchen was small and understocked. If you plan on cooking bring what you need. No can opener, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc…I like to cook breakfast and this made it challenging. Luckily I brought a griddle and spatula. We had a fun time!! Would stay again if price was a bit cheaper.
