OK choice
Visited this property many times when it was still a Mercure hotel. The “hardware” is still good, but the “software” is disappointing. The check-in receptionist was needlessly casual; hotel restaurant offered three dishes. The towels were a bit worn and the shower wall leaked. Overall, for that price, it’s an OK choice

Vlakbij het station, zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt maar niet alles was altijd beschikbaar, vriendelijk personeel. Airco was nodig en werkte voortreffelijk. Weinig druk op het water.

Prima hotel, goed verzorgd en schoon. Locatie zeer goed, net naast het bus en treinstation. Inloop douche is mooi maar super onpraktisch, alles wordt kliedernat.

Ideale locatie
Het hotel is gelegen aan het centraal station van Bratislava en aan buslijn 61 die rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven gaat. Het oude stadscentrum ligt op wandelafstand. Recent hotel, goed verzorgd met ruime kamers. Het personeel is vriendelijk en efficiënt. Gratis wifi in de kamers, 2 pc in de lobby voor gratis internet. Het enige zwakke punt is het ontbijt dat met 16 euro duur is voor wat je krijgt.

Mooi en luxe hotel
Fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Dicht bij het treinstation. Het centrum is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Het hotel staat in geen mooie omgeving. De kamer was erg mooi en luxe, alleen jammer dat er een gebruikte borstel onder het bed lag. Behulpzaam personeel

Goede locatie, prettige kamer
De locatie van het hotel is voor mij perfect, dichtbij het station. Het hotel is fris, modern en heeft een prettige sfeer en ambiance. De kamer is van alle gemakkten voorzien. Wel 2 minpunten: het internet (Wifi) is vreselijk langzaam, dat moet echt verbeterd worden. De regendouche is leuk maar het glas wat dat afsluit, veel te kort, dus een waterballet buiten de douche is het gevolg. Ontbijt is ok, 16€ wel te duur, maar bij mij zat het bij de kamerprijs ingebrepen. Zowel roomservice als diner in het restaurant genoten, helemaal in orde! Nette vriendelijke bediening. In- en uitchecken ging soepel.

Perfect business hotel
Geslaagd, prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed! Vergeleken met andere hotels in Bratislava is dit hotel een aanrader.Zelfs het ontbijt, wat normaal een catastrofe is in Slowakije is hier zeer verzorgt en in vergelijk met West-Europese kwaliteit hotels.Een aanrader als men niet in het directe stadscentrum moet zijn.

The hallway carpet and the carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The hallway smelled horrible. On the plus side the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the bathroom was clean, and the hotel is very close to the train station.

Rekommenderar!
Bra boende med fantastiskt läge. Tar bara ett par minuter att gå till tågstationen. Tar inte mycket längre tid att ta sig ner till centrum och det man vill se på som turist. Det enda som inte var perfekt var kanske att att väggarna kan behövas målas om eller så, men det var rent och allt sånt så inget att bry sig om egentligen. Det bästa med boendet var personalen som var supertrevlig och så tillmötesgående människor kan vara!

We had been to Switzerland. Germany and Austria before but this hotel was the best so far. Great breakfast buffet, the best of all the hotels we had stayed at. Great facilities and bigger rooms. VERY close to the train station and a walking distance to the old town.

Good hotel near the main station in Bratislava. The service stuff is Nice and helpful. Oh the room itself it was pretty ok, especially with the ac. the rooms were clean but you will notice, that they are not new, so small things are a little bit broken like the curtains or the toiletpaper holder. But overall it's a good choice for a visit in Bratislava.

Siisti ja tasokas hotelli muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemasta. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Huone siisti ja nykyaikainen, mm. huoneessa oli kylpyamme mutta myös sadesuihku. Aamupala edullinen ja sisälsi hyvän valikoiman niin lämpimiä kuin kylmiä tuotteita ja mm. kuohuviinin. Bratislavan ehkä tärjein matkailukohde turusteille eli vanha kaupunki oli noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, matka ei sisältänyt suuria mäkiä eli oli helppokulkuinen.

Property was OK and staff was nice, but cleanliness was not the best. My bedsheets had blood stains on them upon arrival. The staff at the desk was helpful in replacing the sheets, but the new sheets he provided were also stained with something else. I did not attempt to request another replacement and instead slept without a blanket. Also, the bathroom layout was confusing. The shower was separated from the room by a glass window and could only be covered by curtains on the OUTSIDE of the bathroom…. Very strange.
