Historisch huis volledig gerestaureerd met alle nieuwe moderne inrichting

Ervaar het beste van Breckenridge in een onlangs gerestaureerde 'gold miner Victorian'. De schilderachtige buitenkant en het moderne interieur in de bergen maken dit huis uniek. Elk detail is zorgvuldig ontworpen om het historische karakter te combineren met moderne luxe. Onderscheidende architectuur, stijl en inrichting maken dit een boetiekhuis.

Dit huis werd volledig gerestaureerd in 2015. Het heeft alle nieuwe fundering, elektrisch, sanitair, isolatie, de meeste ramen (behalve vijf historische) en een boiler met vloerverwarming in de vloer. Alle afwerkingen, meubels, bedden, servies en beddengoed zijn nieuw. Nieuwe en schone keuken en baden. Het huis is warm en comfortabel.

Locatie Locatie Locatie. In het hart van de stad op Ridge Street en op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Binnen een paar blokken zijn een gastronomische supermarkt en goede restaurants, coffeeshops en pubs. De Breckenridge Arts District met galerijen en klassen is ook op Ridge Street.

Slechts 600 meter naar de Peak Nine-lift, of neem de gratis pendeldienst die ongeveer elke 20 minuten rechtstreeks naar de liften rijdt. Geen auto nodig.

De grote woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken zijn een geweldige ontmoetingsplaats voor uw feest. Deze prachtige ruimte heeft hardhouten vloeren, een gashaard, led-tv, elegant meubilair en een gastronomische keuken. Het gewelfde plafond en de houten balken zijn prachtig verlicht met LED-verlichting. De gastronomische keuken is voorzien van lederen granieten aanrecht en hoogwaardige apparatuur.

Een familiekamer op een lager niveau biedt een tweede ontmoetingsplaats. De familiekamer heeft een grote led-tv en een natte bar. Een vol bad is off van de familie kamer.

Slaapkamers zijn ingericht met premium matrassen en beddengoed. Slaap 9 in totaal:

 Master slaapkamer; kingsize bed met eigen badkamer

 Tweede slaapkamer; queensize bed naast de begane grond bad

 Stapelbed slaapkamer; een twin bed, tweepersoonsbed en twee uitschuifbed slaapt vier.

 De familiekamer op het lagere niveau bevat een hoogwaardige slaapbank voor één.

Verblijf ergens echt speciaal, een uniek en luxueus historisch huis met drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers. De 2000 vierkante voet huis is prachtig gedetailleerd en biedt ruimte voor uw groep om zich te verspreiden en te genieten van Breckenridge.

Amazing stay and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! It is so cozy and comfortable and charming. A true getaway right in the heart of Breckenridge. Everything downtown is walkable and you are right across the street from a grocery. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The layout of the home is thoughtful in terms of being able to spread out and enjoy the space together and in your own rooms. It's a beautiful home and heated floors were a wonderful surprise! The host is very hospitable. We would stay here again and encourage anyone we know to stay here as well.

Fabulous Location

This beautifully restored home was exactly what we were looking for in our Breckenridge stay. It is in pristine condition and the location couldn't be any better. Very easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops, etc. - 1 block off of Main Street without all the traffic of Main Street. Nice grocery/liquor store/deli right across the street. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and even had portable crib and high chair for my 1 year old grandchild. Highly recommend!

Summer Getaway in Breck!

Mike is super easy to get ahold of and VERY responsive, and it’s apparent that him and his wife put a ton of thought and effort to make the home as accommodating as possible. Although historic, the restoration job on the home makes it feel like a new build and the location can simply not be beat. Looking forward to next summer to renting again! Beautiful home in a perfect location. A lot of thought went into the restoration of the historical home to make it functional and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make sure everything you need for your stay is available in the home. 1 block to Main Street, grocery market across the street, too many activities to do in one week - we will be back next year!

Fantastic Place

Top 2 properties we have ever stayed at and we stay at a couple per year for the last 20 years. Super clean, beautiful house and pretty much the best location in Breckenridge. Great layout that makes the house feel much, much bigger than it is. Right across the street from a market and one street away from Main Street. Views of the mountains from the front porch and only a 1 minute or less walk to downtown. Really can’t beat anything about this house. And Mike the host is just as great as the house itself. I almost hate to post this review so nobody else finds it.

My family stayed over spring break and the house was actually better than the pictures. House was very well stocked with anything you might need and great kitchen and anything you would need to make a nice meal. Great location just 1 block off main st. And right across from nice little market and liquor store very handy! Highly recommend.

My wife, son and our two friends always go to Breck for a Christmas getaway. This year we stumbled on this historic house and we were blown away by not only the location but the thoughtfulness. They had a gate for the stairs to keep our little guy safe and pretty much anything else we needed for our trip. This will be our preferred place moving forward!

Historic Breck Oasis

Beautifully restored and wonderfully appointed modern home in downtown Breckenridge. Shops and restaurants can be reached via a 5-minute walk, yet the house offers a private and secluded feel. Truly no need for a vehicle. The host/owner is incredibly accommodating and gracious. I recommend staying at the Historic Breck home without reservation.

Fantastically cared for home

I’ve stayed in, own, and manage a number of rental properties and this place is one of the best cared for, well stocked rentals I’ve experienced. They took care of the little details when upgrading the home and it makes a difference. High quality finishes vs the cheap stuff you often find. Location is fantastic. Also had a chance to meet the owner who was very nice and while we didn’t need anything he certainly made himself available. Highly recommend this great property.

June Stay in Breckenridge

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge!! The home was perfect! We had two adults, a 19 year old, and a 15 year old. It was plenty of room for us to spread out and a nice space to gather. Location could not have been better! Walking distance to restaurants and plenty of shopping. Home is cozy, well decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked. Our host Mike was very accommodating and went out of his way for us. Not to mention he is very friendly and we really enjoyed visiting with him! Thank you Mike! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful historic home in an excellent location in Breckenridge. It was perfect for two families of 4 with children. Plenty of space for kids, bathroom space. Walkable to just about anywhere in Breck. Close enough to Peak 9 lift to walk even with young kids in ski boots. Covered parking was also great. We were able to leave vehicles parked for most of our stay as most things in Breck are within walking distance. The host is obviously interested in making sure guests have a great stay at Historic House. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.
