Very clean and well maintained. Lot's of space although cooking a full meal would be a challenge. We were a party of 3 adults. The only real complaint is the noise from a neighbor's air conditioning, which did not go off until 11.00pm. Natali answered all query's very quickly by text. Local facilities are excellent mainly Russian speaking but this was not a problem for 3 English speakers. Subway only 250 yards, beach 600 yards.
