given the room that was not prepared twice. The staff and manager on duty were not attentive and seemed to ignore the issues, blaming their own system. Our room smelled so bad and was old and outdated. The only thing the manager on duty said was "What do you want me to do". Also, the health issue, the staff who checked us in kept coughing, looked like she had a cold or something that could spread the virus to guests.

Con el único inconveniente que estábamos apretados porque éramos tres , lo demás todo excelente , aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento hay uno a un lado , caro pero el hotel te consigue un descuento . Esta muy céntrico. Limpio, si. Muy amables y bien el desayuno , me encanta que la saluda es a las 12 .

wir waren auf der Durchreise und für ein Hilton war es sehr günstig. Es ist sehr Zentrumsnah. In 5 Fuß-Minuten erreicht man ein schönes großes Einkaufszentraum mit Kino.

Although it states parking is available this is at an additional charge in a secure carpark. I paid over £20 for the night and my car was ransacked. Emailed the hotel and have not received a reply. Receptionist had a set patter which she delivered to my daughter whilst ignoring me who was paying. A real shame as other hilton hotels have exceeded our expectations

Not the best stay
Perfect location for exploring the city! The hotel and room were very clean and staff were very polite. Sadly the bed was awful we both had bad backs and unable to sleep, asked for an extra duvet and this still did not make it comfier. Pillows were also hard and over used. Our shower did not also drain properly. Overall was quite disappointed. Our room also smelt of smoke when we opened the curtains and had an awful view of a dirty roof.
