Wonderful stay!

Fantastic Rental

Geplaatst op 30 okt. 2019 op HomeAwayApt was clean.. old bldg but comfy and owner's are very nice. Neighborhood is old and feels a little uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. Ad with amenities is a little misleading with exact address and pool, gym and beach view..
The owners again are extremely nice and checked on us daily...

Geplaatst op 9 aug. 2017 op HomeAwayI stayed there with my family from 23 to 27 July 2017. We enjoyed everything. There were beds for my kids too. Owner was so nice. They refunded 100 $ deposit as well in a week. Thanks for everything. We will back there next year.

Quiet, clean, and convenient to the boardwalk.
Geplaatst op 15 mei 2017 op HomeAwayThe place was excellent -- confortable, clean, good shower/tub, nice kitchen, and very close in -- but just far enough from the main drag (1 block) to not be loud. The weekend was unexpectedly cold for May but the owner provided a space heater as soon as I mentioned it. Coney Island itself feels like it's fallen on some hard times, but that impression probably wasn't helped because the season doesn't really start until Memorial Day and there was a nor'easter! We still had a great time visiting the bars, and when the sun came out the boardwalk and ocean were beautiful.

Peccato il posto!!!

Buona per una coppia anche con bambini, fino a quattro posti, o per un gruppo di amici che non si fa problemi di spazio. Metro e servizi vicinissimi, lavanderia, market, ristoranti,banche, ecc.
La pecca purtroppo è il posto. Sono stato qui ad Ottobre ed il posto è molto isolato, frequentato da persone poco raccomandabili. Inoltre la metro impiega un'ora per arrivare a manhattan, per chi ha pochi giorni a dsiposizione non è l'ideale.

unfortunately I cannot control the environment surrounding my neighborhood. I would suggest you may want to consider staying in at the Waldorf, and have a lot less money to spend on shows and sightseeing tours. Some people are just never satisfied and hard to please.
This guest in her comments appears to be very bias against people of color we do reside in a diverse community which is beyond my control. I apologize if you felt spooked sort of speak but my provide my guest with best value and security that anyone can offer.

The property was clean, stocked and very functional.

There were adequate places to purchase basic food and personal staples. The deposit was refunded in a timely fashion. Thanks Edwin. Edwin was a gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.
