Sir Thank you for your nice e-mail. Kindly notice we do not need AC in our country max is 24°C in summer but this year we had a very warm summer period of 2 weeks , dough close to the sea ( coolest area of Belgium ) it was warm. The hotel has thick walls ( fresh ) . So to cope with the unusual situation we put big fans with remote control in the rooms. Plans are to invest in a more ecologic system than AC in the future which we could activate when necessary. Thank you again Reception Hotel Alegria ***

Beste Hartelijk dank om de tijd te hebben genomen een review te schrijven Heerlijk review dank u wel ! Ter informatie De afbraak van een stuk van de gebouwen ( onze buren ) is in laatste stadia en is nu 3 gebouwen verder... het lawaai is daardoor in onze richting ook zeer beperkt nagenoeg niet hoorbaar met gesloten ( akoestische ) ramen ! Weekends wordt er niet gewerkt en het bouwverlof staat voor de deur ( 3 weken in totaal ) Wij hebben zelfs hotelgasten die hun verblijf verlengd hebben. Wij verontschuldigen ons voor eventuele overlast in het verleden maar verzekeren u dat mensen die werken en ons personeel hun uiterste best doen om alle hotelgasten een betere rustiger kamer aan te beiden. Hartelijk dank voor alle +++ en graag tot nog eens!

Désolé mais vous avez réserver une ' petite chambre ' situé ' devant ' à prix trés economique.meme inclus le petit dejeuner !. Nous comprenons si vous laissez les fenetres ouvert il y a du bruit , mais vous pouvez les fermer!? Merci de noté que nous offrons aussi des chambres situé derriere idéal pour dormir les fenetres grand ouvert ..même en haute saison ! Peut être pour une prochaine fois!? Sir, Thank you for having taken the time to write a review Online there is an indication of free parking randparking bevrijdingslaan .. again all parkinginfo inclusive a map is tobe fo und on your confirmation. The hotelgarage is to be reserved and is final once confirmed and costs 20 euro/night. There are several other options. The agency called us and you were informed again of all the options . We regret you took it so much by heart madam but we stayed polite and friendly ! We helped out with info map restaurant info etc ..our technician even took time to accompany your husband to the closest biekorf parking located at 30m from the hotel ( which was secured and at charge ) as it was to difficult for your husband to find . Your mother in law was offered the use of a cheelchair. Your family enjoyed or breakfast as being very very good an at departure they thanked and said all was very nice. Madam you showed us you were not happy in every way but we stayed polite and friendly. We will ask the agency to make it more clear about the parkingoptions and wish you all the best! Madam, We can only regret. When guests have a none EU nationality only understanding Turkish we try to communicate as good as possible . We translated in english and in german as one of the guests could understand. We regret we did not speak Turkish maybe the information was not clear . Covid is what it is and wearing a mask in a hotel in Belgium is obliged. Covid safe tickets and showing a pasports are obliged . Kindly note every country has other covid-19 rules to follow . Dough we did our best to explain it seemed to have no effect on the company . But being upset when requested to desinfect hands before coming into the breakfast area and when staying behind leaving breakfast half without mask is not done. Moving around in the hotel without mask is not done. ( as obliged in common area's ) We regret as the lady organising was very nice . Covid - 19 hotelrules are for all guests security and not to offend! The lady organizing thanked for the nice breakfast.We thank her for her kindness and wish her all the best! Madam, We regret your experience was negative dough we all did our extreme best from arrivaltime till departure time. We will make note ! Thank you! You booked with us 3 small rooms with cityview. Arriving at the hotel '' I want 3 quiet rooms '' . Kindly notice our small rooms have accoustic glass. So normally it is not a problem. The hotel was fully booked but to help out we offered for you as being very sensible, to change to a small room left at the back . Which was perfect you said as we went in together. In the morning you chose not to sit in the garden to have breakfast We than offered a dressed table inside . You wanted to sit close to the window so we arranged to put tables together for you all . ( at your service madam.) After breakfast you enjoyed sitting in the garden with your husband., so everything looked wonderful to us. Both sons and husband returning roomkeys thanked for the stay.
