Just the whole vibe , tourist buses make it all in out sort of atmosphere

Dear Sharan,Throughout the year, there are days when we have several tourists arriving in an organized group, who usually have a joint activity schedule. Unfortunately, in this case, a large number of guests arrive at hotel in the same time. In the future we are thinking of implementing other solutions to ease the traffic on group days.

Wonderful location--close to transportation. Hotel was quiet, clean, delicious breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location - right next to the metro station and around the corner from the mainline train station (where the airport train goes from). The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. The overall price was good. The only downside was that that aircon unit in the room wasn't very effective and it was 27° on the days we stayed so it meant the room was a bit too warm for us.

The hotel needs refurbishment, we arrived there after midnight, the room was cold, the heater in the room didn't work. The girl at the front desk offered us a heater, which was broke too. She said she doesn't have any spare rooms to change it for us, but only has apartments. As a good customer service, she should have changed it even for an apartment to accomodate us, we only had to sleep for a few hours and check out. I would not return there.

As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team. Our hotel has a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. In this time when during the day is worm and during the night is cold we try to keep a adequate temperature in the rooms. We are sorry for the unpleasant experience during your stay with us.Thank you for your understanding in this matter

部屋自体はリフォーム済みで綺麗です。水回りは古いままなのか、シャワーブースなどはちょっと難あり。ゴミ箱、ティッシュペーパーは部屋にないので、少し不便。 お部屋の暖房がしっかり効いているので、濡れてもしっかり乾燥できます。 地理的に不安だったのですが、メトロの駅がホテル前にあるので、女性1人でも夜に戻ってこれ、便利です。北駅まで近いので、スーツケースを持っての移動も楽でした。 朝食会場の席数が少ないですが、チーズやハム、卵、ソーセージ、パン類などの定番が揃っています。

Please be informed that we take in consideration all the comments from our guests, as we are constantly try to improve our services. We are aware of our bathrooms and we try to find solutions for that, in exchange we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team. Our bathrooms have been partially refurbished. We guarantee the cleanliness of the fittings and disinfection of the bathroom facilities, and it is true that sometimes the appearance of the tiles or the joints and fittings give the impression of dirty objects. We understand your inconvenience with the breakfast area. Throughout the year, there are days when we have several tourists arriving in an organized group, who usually have a joint activity schedule. Unfortunately, in this case, a large number of guests come down for breakfast at the same time. In the future we are thinking of implementing other solutions to ease the traffic at breakfast on group days. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to have you as a guest in the future.
