The hotel needs refurbishment, we arrived there after midnight, the room was cold, the heater in the room didn't work. The girl at the front desk offered us a heater, which was broke too. She said she doesn't have any spare rooms to change it for us, but only has apartments. As a good customer service, she should have changed it even for an apartment to accomodate us, we only had to sleep for a few hours and check out. I would not return there.

As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team. Our hotel has a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. In this time when during the day is worm and during the night is cold we try to keep a adequate temperature in the rooms. We are sorry for the unpleasant experience during your stay with us.Thank you for your understanding in this matter
