Iedere dag moest ik naar de receptie om te vragen naar 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek Koffieservice werd niet aangevuld Opeens was mijn badjas verdwenen uit de kamer Slechte afvoer wastafel en douche

Towels and textiles are changed only in every three days due to environmental considerations. Naturally we change them at any time upon request and provide as many extra towels as you ask for and we can. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.What a pity that we could not live up to your high expectations and that given issues have greatly affected your overall impression. I truly hope that despite this, you gained many enjoyable and memorable moments during your Continental Hotel holiday and that your Budapest discovery were successful.I trust that my words can a bit ease your bad feelings. Disappointed with the room, it was complicated to get to the room. Also very noisy. And lastly I had some issues with vinegar in the kettle, and a water bottle. It wasn’t my best experience. But the staff was kind.

Good wuality fir price and convenietly situated to get to mist sights in Budapest. The staff was attentive (not effusive) and rooms were ckean and comfortable, though beds are soft and there was no cooling in my room.

In summer season air conditioning makes room to be pleasantly cool. Between seasons it is sometimes difficult as it is still winter, but the past two weeks it has been early spring weather. We would have been pleased to deliver you a portable fan as well as a mattress topper which might have improved your comfort. Next time please do not hesitate to turn to our helpful Front Desk team in any cases. Lekker ontbijt personeel zijn goed, de bed is al oud de dekbed ook en de kamer temperatuur is te warm 24c jij kan niet zelf instellen,ontbijt is goed maar de hotel is geen 4x…

Friendly hospitality as well as quality buffet breakfast have big role in our success. I am very proud of our talented professionals, who do their work with passion at all times.On the other hand, I was sorry to learn that we could not live up to all your expectations.The comfort of bed as well as room temperature are point of individual taste, it is hard to meet everyone’s different need. Heating is centrally controled however you can anytime turn off the bathroom radiator and a portable fan is also available upon request. Mattress topper is also gladly provided anytime. I am sorry that you did not have the chance to share these issues on the spot, as we would have been happy to offer you these alternative solutions, which might have improved your comfort. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences encountered. Thank you for your support.
