Came here with 2 kids age 5&7. They had a blast at the kids pool, we barely went to the ocean because of how much they loved the slides. Ocean had pretty big waves in April so it wouldn’t be very safe for kids anyways. Food was pretty good, it was pretty much the same every day though.overall I recommend it and would come back here!

Hotel environment and entertainment was awesome. The building we stayed needs some upgradation very old part compare ro the other building. But overall a memorable experience for me.

We had no remote for the tv in the room, the phone didn’t work at all and the cleaning staff barely cleaned the room even after high tips left for them. No one speaks English. Limited for snacks and food after hours. Went to the lobby one evening to ask for a fork for a dessert we had saved in the fridge and they refused to get us something. Paid for all inclusive and could never get in for a reservation to the very limited 3 restaurants. There were hand prints on the large mirror in the room and all week after cleaning they were still there. Our room smelt strong of paint the moment we got there. My partner was disappointed with the amount of people trying to sell you excursions and hotel packages right in the lobby. They tricked you by asking if you got your welcome gift. We didn’t get a tour and had no idea where to get towels or anything for the beach loungers. This was our first time to Cancún. We would go back but we will definitely stay at a different resort. Lack of restaurants and evening entertainment.

Found 2 cockroaches in my room 2 days in a row. Food was not the best. Same food repeated for lunch and dinner.

Room was clean but odd smell was in there, a bit outdated need a bit refreshing and detail repairing even smal things in rooms, like sink drain plug install curtain in the shower so water doesn’t end up all over the floor fan in the bathroom so it actually does the job, floors were marble so cold no rugs so you need to wear flops other that that good place.
