No me gusto que llegue al hotel y ni si quiera te ofrecen una botella de agua en la habitación llegue tarde al hotel tenía que tomar una medicina y me dijieron que tenían una tienda pero estaba cerrada

Está muy bien lo único malo es que 2 cuartos están unidos y lo único que los divide son 2 puertas de manera lo que causa que se escuche mucho el ruido que hagan los huéspedes que están a un lado

Disappointing on Expedia’s part that the room
I booked showed all ocean view rooms of the club suite but the room I got was Lagoon view. Disappointing because many of the rooms say “lagoon view” so I did not book a lagoon view room. I booked a room with all of its photos showing a view of the ocean but that’s not what I got. And when I checked in, they said it’s not their fault, it’s expedias.
