Had a good stay , I got a ocean front suite , the room was nice , yet dated ! The AC was either too cold , or hardly working , the hallways were Hot, and so were most of the Elevators ! Food was pretty good , minus a few items. Loved the mini bar. This property didn’t offer room service , which made it a big inconvenience. They also need a microwave in the rooms . The view , and most of the staff , and the cleanliness, makes the resort. This will be my last time coming here . I”ll only be going to the New RIU’S. This one is lacking!

Overall the stay was good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and always willing to help. Entertainment was lacking, but wasn’t terrible. Good was good at the buffet, however specialty restaurants were not as good, either the food was lacking or the service. Overall we had a good relaxing time.

The property location is excellent, near to the supermarket, restaurants and accessibility to bus stop. Employees are so polite and helpful, customer service is excellent. I love the restaurants inside the hotel, breakfast and all-inclusive services are amazing. I'll definitely stay in this hotel on my next Cancun visit. Highly recommended.
