I have stayed here several times in the past - always a very pleasant experience. This time, the guy at the reception has ruined it and it's terrible to see that one incompetent staff member can have such a massive impact. I hope he'll be gone when I return the next time because so far, all my stays were fantastic.

At check in, the lady in charge of the front desk was not very nice, fortunately, for the rest of my stay she was not on duty.
Laura was outstanding! She was very professional, polite and competent. A special thanks to Laura for making my stay special.
