Dårlig renhold, flere merker på veggene og gulvet dårlig vedlikeholdt. Enkelte av de ansatte var uhøflige og lite imøtekommende. Frokosten hadde svært dårlig utvalg og trappen på hotellet så ut til å kunne kollapse når som helst.
