Clean rooms. Renovations and building material all around. We thought the place was closed. All through the afternoon workers are very noisy.

This hotel was renovating and they did their best but it was not up to standards and we were never informed that they were renovating. The staff were accommodating but there is only so much you can do under the circumstances.
Also, the dining room had an 82 B for their health inspection!!!

Upon arrival, saw it was under construction/renovation and main entrance was closed off. Had to call to where alternate entrance was located.

Property is undergoing a much needed renovation. Consequently there's a lot of construction equipment taking up the front entrance along with noise until after 6pm. Had this information been made public I would've booked a different hotel.

The construction throughout hotel and blocking the front entrance was a negative experience with dust and debris everywhere. However the staff and manager on duty were very pleasant and helpful so kudos to them for putting up with the messy conditions.

They should have put on there they were under construction. No ramp to go on to sidewalk to use the side door. Bathroom had mold. The main room was very cramped and was hard to walk with our walkers which is dangerous. We asked for a refund and they said no. I have been to many Marriots but the one made me feel like i was at a motel 6
