No room service in 3 days. Had to go to the lobby for clean bath towels. Had hair from previous guest in tub/shower. People smoking just outside hotel entrance. Pair of used underwear in hallway outside of our room. We have stayed here several times. Hotel has really went downhill since.

We appreciate you writing a review for our hotel, but regret that we failed to meet your expectations. I'm sorry for the issues you experienced regarding housekeeping services, our cleanliness, and the behavior of other guests. I reviewed your information and couldn't find where any of these issues were brought to our attention so that we could have the opportunity to correct them. Regarding our housekeeping services, they are provided on request as displayed on the sign during check-in. Guests may ask for service everyday, somedays, or not at all. This was created in an effort to promote guest's freedom and enhance privacy efforts for those that don't wish to be pestered. Smoking across from the loading bay is our dedicated smoking area, however if any guests are bothered by this we encourage them to reach out to the front desk agent on duty, and we will gladly ask guests to go further from the hotel to correct this. Again, I apologize for the issues you experienced, and I will work with the General Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor to deduce different ways which we can better accomodate our guests going forward. We appreciate all feedback, and will use it to improve the experience. We love our return guests, and we're happy to hear that you have stayed often. We hope that we haven't lost your future business, and that you'll give us an opportunity to make things right going forward.
