The elevator feels unstable, the pool is much smaller in reality (looked bigger in the picture), no hot tub, needed extra sheets but had to go down to get them myself, the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable and disgustingly stained.

We love this Courtyard because of the price and location. I do think the rooms could use some updating, but the building itself is nice and clean. I will say this passed time we stayed, our room smelled strong of cat pee and there was no removing the smell. Felt like the specific room we were in, could have definitely been cleaner and could use a deep clean. I notified the front desk of the smell as well. I felt like the smell was on me when we left the room and cat per is the worst smell ever.

Key entry system old design with the need for new keys every time I returned to the hotel.

Service was good and it was clean, but didn't like limited towels in bathroom, no bathroom trash can, no towels in the pool area, no hot tub, no hair dryer in room, no microwave in room, heater was off- blew cold air so had to have temp up to 85 to create warmth.
