No value for a lot of money
250 dollar charges for “amenities tax” and parking. Hotel has a spa but is closed. Hotel didn’t clean the room due to COVID… yeah right… check in took 15 min while there wasn’t even a cue. Not again for me

There were a lot good things to say about this hotel. The location was great, the valet was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We felt extremely safe in this hotel and the amenities were terrific! Our room could have been cleaner. The floors had sticky spots in our room. The bathroom had lots of spots that had never been cleaned, which included our shower. That was honestly the only downside. I wish we would have been able to spend more time there.

We loves how clean this hotel was. Has a great pool and hot tub. Beautiful and elegantly decorated. Beds were perfect. We had a beautiful corner room with beautiful views. Even with it being 2 street sides. The room was quiet at night. We will definitely stay again. All of the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I frequent this hotel often I feel it is falling off in regards to its “luxury” experience. My room floors were scuffed pretty badly, the tub was dirty with long pieces of hair in it that I had to clean, and upon booking I requested a higher floor just to arrive and be met with a lower floor room. Thanks to Donny he did get me a room on the 13th floor which I was still partially unsatisfied but I accepted since I did not want to ruin my birthday vibe. I love this hotel but do better! I come here and pay the hefty price to experience luxury at its finest nothing less thank you

I had to change rooms three times within an hour. It was the worst time too because I just wanted to be able to sit down and eat lunch. I had to keep moving all of my belongings to worse and worse conditions.
