Comfortable stay with good sized rooms. Easy access to all the local attractions. Staff is respectful and courteous.
Just had an issue with the room not being cleaned for the duration of our stay despite us requesting for it.

We stayed in the King studio and the facilities seemed to be recently updated. For a studio it had decent little kitchen and the room was very spacious. It’s also very central to a lot of places within Coffs. We stayed two nights and couldn’t really fault it.

My wife & I stayed one night on 16/3/24 in a standard queen bed room. The room was reasonably spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was reasonably modern with a nice shower. Because of the standard and “higher end accommodation cost”, we expected a couple of things to be available but they were not. Those 2 things which disappointed us were:
1. The Motel’s restaurant was unexpectedly not open on the Saturday night we stayed; and 2. The Motel does not have Foxtel or Kayo. (On the night we stayed, we were wanting to watch a particular rugby league game which was only on Foxtel or Kayo. We had to have a helpful member of the reception staff come to our room to show us how to do a “casting” from the Kayo App on my iPhone on to the TV screen in our room.)

Thank you for the review John, we apologise that you were not aware that our restaurant is only open Monday-Thursday nights as these are our busy nights or that we did not have Foxtel. We find with all the casting options these days there is not a need for Foxtel and instead we upgraded all our TV's to offer streaming, therefore giving people many more options on what they can watch. We hope we can welcome you again for another stay.

Good for what we needed it for. Stop over for long journey.
Rooms were clean and functional.
Pool is quiet small but looks well maintained.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Was quite busy so parking can get full.

Exactly what I expected, no supprises. Rooms had a nice light open feeling. Reception were helpful on arrival with suggestions to accommodate our car trailer
