No water upon check in. No hot water till around 3am. Coffee maker full of mold. Shorted towels. Tub floor super super slick…very dangerous. No maid service. Worst hotel ever! Should request a refund or at least a discount!

Sheets have holes and are stained. Clearly wasn’t sanitized after the last guests. Shower had hair, no towels, and the entire room smells like mildew.

Very musty/intolerable smell coming from AC unit. Had to turn unit off to be able to breathe better.

Friendly staff, definitely needs some upkeep. But overall average.

Bed sheets and some towels were dirty first night and they don’t clean the room and beds the next day they were stating that they were short on personal so they give us the bed sheets to do it our self. But at check in they don’t forget to ask me for my CC and ask why if I already paid they answer Just in case we have to charge something after check out

It was not very clean at all. There was only decaffeinated coffee in the room. The breakfast was very limited. It seemed as there was very little there. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The beach towels look like hand towels. I paid $215 and it was probably not worth half of that. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone. Location was good. I appreciated the pet friendly status. The staff was courteous. Really needs a lot of update and cleaning though.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past. The hotel is great and the staff was friendly. The issue that I had on a two night stay was no cleaning service. The room was not cleaned and most of all no fresh towels. The property need to be be cleaned better on a daily basis, trash was in the stairwell for three days. I like the location but needed to be cleaned better.

We arrived on Saturday night we checked in did not get back until midnight and realized our TV was not working. We got up to next morning we had missed breakfast which was OK. We went out came back let the front attendant know that our TV wasn’t working he says OK I will send the maintenance man up there an hour and a half went by I called the service desk to find out when the maintenance guy was going to come he says he’ll be there in five minutes. I waited another 20 minutes went back downstairs and he says let me call him right now. He called him and he finally showed up. The next day we got up and went down to have breakfast Very little breakfast eggs biscuits no gravy no meat went over to fix a waffle. No waffle mix and roaches were on the floor underneath the waffle mix table. I told the manager that he says no there’s no roaches and come to change out my tea tell me he’s gonna change out the TV in our room so I’m fixing to go get breakfast I’ll be back in our room with my 12-year-old son asleep and me not in the room switched out the TV TV still did not work switch us to another room very dissatisfied with this hotel ice machine did not work. It was rusted falling apart the room smelt moldy and musty would never recommend this place .

We like the locations because it's almost in the center of the places we always go to (fishing areas and restaurants). The property was good before but its going down south. When we came to the room, it was hot, no towels (not even one), i called the front desk from my room. Phone was not working. I tried the one in the lobby, not working either. I went down the front desk and asked for towels i said i bring it myself. The front desk insisted he will bring the towels to our room(but he forgot). I ended up getting the towels. The ice machines in the floor was not working, the vending machines was not working. The coffee in the lobby was cold and the creamer was clumpy!! Hope the management will check every inch of the property because the staff are nice and the location is great!
