Your next gite is located on the outskirts of a small village, Courtils, in an authentic, rural house with exposed stonework and beams. You will have full use of the house with no other tenants or owners. There are many tourist attractions within a 50 km radius. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and each room has a convection heater. The terrace, garden and a parking space are reserved for you. The site is fully fenced. The 500m² wooden garden terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a grill. The garden offers magnificent views of the countryside and Mont Saint Michel. The nearest grocery shop and several restaurants are just 2 to 3 kilometres away. There is also a shop selling regional produce and a pizzeria in the town centre. The house is ideally located for exploring Brittany and Normandy. Mont Saint Michel is just seven kilometres away. Whether you simply want to relax, enjoy cultural or culinary experiences, or go in for sport, it's all possible within a 50-kilometre radius.
