Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a basic meal. Area is quiet and beds were comfortable. I appreciated the extra blanket in each bedroom as I tend to be cold at night. We loved the character of the house and would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Dayton.

We had a conference to attend at the convention center & this house was perfect for our ladies trip. It was less than 10 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center and the hosts thought of everything!! Would definitely stay again if we come back to Dayton!!

Accommodations were very cozy and communication was easy and super helpful. We loved the allention to detail andl the nostalgic Dayton historical touches. Our family had a wonderful time and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely stay while in town!

Stayed at the property with my cousin and his wife and grandson. We had a very pleasant stay and the house was just perfect. The house is very nice. The furnishings are high end and put together well. I walked the neighborhood and it is amazing. Borders the Dayton Country Club.... very cool. Take a walk and check it out for yourself.

We had a great experience staying at the cottage. Traveling with 8 month old twins and a 3 yr old is not easy, but the hosts made it very simple for us. They had a pack n play, portable crib, and high chair for us. The house was extremely clean, and in the perfect location. The instructions given by the host was clear and easy to follow. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

The property was a great location for the WGI events at University of Dayton Arena, Hobart Arena in Troy and the Nutter Center at Wright State University. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Words cannot describe how perfect this place is. The pictures are accurate but the house is, somehow, better. Everything we needed was there and more! I don't have any reason to go back but I'm looking for one.
