Nieuwe blokhut met forel-gevulde kreek: WiFi en bubbelbad!

NIEUWE LOG CABIN op een haastige forel voorraad kreek op 10 hectare. Mooie omgeving met de kreek in je achtertuin. Je kunt het stromende water horen vanaf het achterdek. Prachtige handgemaakte meubels van rode ceder accentueert deze prachtige blokhut. Als u op zoek bent naar een afgelegen en privé Creekside-toevluchtsoord, zult u hiervan genieten. Elk Creek wordt vermeld als een uitstekende bron van water door de staat NC en slaat maandelijks op van maart tot augustus.
Dit blokhut biedt privacy en een serene omgeving langs de kreek, maar toch handig voor gebieden van aantrekking zoals Boone (Appalacian State Univ.) En Blowing Rock. Het is een 15-20 minuten rijden de berg op naar vele restaurants en winkels etc. De Blue Ridge Parkway en Leatherwood Stables (paardrijden) zijn binnen 10-15 minuten rijden.
De cabine biedt overal handgemaakte ceder en grenen houten meubels en de keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om te koken en te bakken. Een gashaard in de woonkamer zal in de winter zeker de kou uit de lucht halen, maar we hebben ook centrale lucht en warmte. U vindt dit erg rustig en gezellig. De hot tub op een overdekte veranda voor privacy. Kom bezoeken en maak er een onvergetelijke vakantie voor u en uw gezin.

I took my 2 boys for a long weekend and loved it. Im not sure which way the 10 acres align as you do have neighbors on one side. Gorgeous water and absolutely relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we were looking for! A few suggestions:1. We knew we were off the grid, but didn't realize there would be gravel roads. Prepare your guests for this.2. Add 5/night and stock extra paper products3. Add another 5/night and eliminate "please take your trash with you". Pay the housekeepers to dispose of it.4. Change check out time to 11:00 AM.5. Replace frying pans.Repeating......we loved your property and will be back after the fish stocking hatcheries are back in business!

Nice and Quiet

Stayed for a birthday/father's day. It was relaxing and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware which made it easy to cook at the cabin. The river in the back was very peaceful with plenty of fish in it. The host was very fast as responding to anything as well.

Excellent location in relation to the places we wanted to visit.Very nice and comfortable suite that had everything we needed for the week. Nice sitting area in the backyard to have a drink and wind up after a long day of walking and hiking.The view/s of the mountains from the property was striking.Because the suite was in the lower level we had to go down and up stairs to get to the suite. But once in the suite it didn't feel like it was in a lower level of the house.We had our dog with us and he felt at home as well.We will definitely go back given the opportunity.Thanks. Riverside Cabin

Wife and I plus our 2 golden retrievers enjoyed our stay. We went into town “Boone” which is about a 35 minute drive. The cabin was great! The river behind the property has some deep spots where the pups loved to jump into. No cell service but the wifi was great and the house has a phone. It was a nice getaway.

Well apppointed cabin right on the stream

Really clean and comfortable well-appointed cabin with good amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Perfect for a fly fishing getaway although when we went in July it was too hot to fish and the stream was very low. The hot tub is nice, and the living room has a nice fireplace. Small issues like very slow internet and the shower lever in the bath not working well hardly registered, although requiring you to take your own trash with you if you produced more than one garbage bag of trash and charging $10/bag if you left more than one seemed a little over the top given you’re paying a hefty cleaning fee. Highly recommend stocking up on food for your stay as restaurants are pretty few and far between and there are no grocery stores nearby. The host was very communicative though which we appreciated. Overall a very nice place on a beautiful mountain stream which is great for fly fishing.

Summer Getaway

We had an amazing time and stay at the Anglers Retreat. There wasn’t a detail missed, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub was clean & relaxing, wood for the campfire was available, and loved the wonderful stream in our backyard! What a treat to watch the deer in the side yard and listen to the stream on the back porch.

Christmas at the Cabin

We had a wonderful stay and Christmas at the cabin. My granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub and skipping stones in the creek. My daughter and I loved the fireplace. We all enjoyed the fire pit. The dogs loved roaming the property. The girls made good use of the games every night. The cabin is lovely and well appointed. Only real negatives were the roads coming in and out.
