Feels more like a apartment with hotel services.
Location is nice, but i will never book hotel brand again. You have real hotels that are much better
Checkin was a bit fast and no explanation about the hotel/facilities/restaurants, no welcome drink
either.
Excepted more from a flagship property, the breakfast buffet is really small and basic. We really expected much better.
The pool area is outdated and the people working there communicate poorly, and also a bit arrogant. there is one lifeguard for all the pools, but he and the other staff is constantly talking with each other in a group behind the desk.
Lobby is nice, but to see this just have a coffee here. No need to stay.
Their is a nice smell, too bad it isn't in the room. The room does not smell nice, you have to turn on the ac to get ris of the smell. The design of the room is nice but not really special.
Value what you get is really low.
