A very good location for a city break in Dublin!

We have been to Dublin for a 3 days break and found this hotel on Expedia. The location is ideal as it is easy to reach from the airport (3 bus lines nearby) and conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful - you feel welcome and home right from the beginning.
The rooms are equipped with standard furniture, beds are comfortable, bed linens, towels, etc. are clean and fresh, the bathroom was clean and technically all right (warm water etc.). Of course this house is an old building with all the things that come along naturally, like narrow doors, wooden floors and smaller rooms. However, is it well decorated and heated.
The house seems to be secure as 24h attendants and you have always to ring the bell to enter it.
The hotel even has a lounge (a small pub) downstairs, which looked inviting und cosy (though we did not visit it).
The breakfast is mainly Full Irish plus a choice of alternatives, however I think you should like Full Irish in the first place, then this is the breakfast for you - and it was included in the room charge. The staff did also accommodate for alterations on request, which seemed to be appreciated by the guests.
WLAN was included and worked OK in the room (had one on the upper level).
We were happy staying here. It is difficult to say if is OK or very good - it depends on your expectation between a "traditional style" place like this compared to any modern "chain-style" hotel...
