Leuke appartementen, rustig gelegen
Zeer goed en mooi. Grote keuken met grote eettafel in apart gebouw. Vrijwel alles aanwezig, zelfs een kleine ijsmachine. Het enige nadeel is de hogere ligging, waardoor je veel en steile trappen op moet om er te komen. Dus niet geschikt voor iemand die slecht ter been is of geen conditie heeft. Tenzij je net als wij (na 1 keer de trappen genomen te hebben) vanaf het centrum een taxi neemt :-)

Mooie en rustige kamers maar totaal geen onderhoud
De kamers zijn ruim en schoon bij aankomst. In de gemeenschappelijke keuken zou je zelfs kunnen koken. De omgeving is heet rustig. Bushalte op een kleine 100 traptreden naar beneden. Echter: totaal geen onderhoud. In de tien dagen dat wij er verbleven is er niet één keer schoongemaakt, zelfs niet de toilet en badkamer. Schone handdoeken en lakens slechts één keer nadat we erom gevraagd hadden! De eigenaar verkeerde in e veronderstelling dat wij nog niet betaald hadden. Gelukkig kon ik aantonen dat het wel het geval was en kwam hij er zelf achter dat het wel het geval was, maar het was een zeer vervelend incident.

perfecte plek weg van de dubrovnik drukte
mooi appartement, hoog genoeg genoeg gelegen voor zicht op zee, doodlopende straat dus relatief rustig, supermarktje in de buurt met alles erop en eraan, 20 minuten naar de oude stad, 15 minuten lopen naar gruz en bus nummer 4 op wandelafstand brengt je op 5 minuten naar de stad. Pas op, bus kan druk zijn want alle (engelse) zontoeristen uit Babin Kuk en Lapad nemen deze bus ook naar de oude stad. Heerlijke relatief ruim terras om 's morgens te ontbijten en je dagplannen te maken. Goede snelle wifi en een koelkast om je ontbijt en je drank koel te houden, keuken is niet echt geschikt om een uitgebreide maaltijd te kokkerellen, maar vlakbij ook goede restaurants.

Excellent 3 night stay. A welcome drink on arrival from the hosts which was great.. We had the self contained unit on the top floor with our own little kitchenette with stove, fridge etc. Perfect for simple self catering. Clean tidy property, everything you need and great hosts.Superb value for money.. Uber from the airport the easiest and quickest option at Euro26, half the price of a taxi. It's a straight forward 25 minute walk all downhill to the Old Town, buses can bring you back if you don't want to walk uphill! It is quite steep! Location is pretty good for the sites.

Brilliant property and the owner was really helpful. Shared kitchen great - the only thing missing that would have made our stay perfect is having some coffee and milk available; didn’t seem worth buying some for 2 days and we forgot to bring some from home. Otherwise everything was just perfect!

About 1.5 kms from Old Town - Great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Loved the view at night as well offering glimpse of the Adriatic sea. You can even cook!

Great little place
The place was in a quiet area, about 20 - 30 minute walk into the Old Town. We walk down as it is easy to get to the town, but it is uphill on the way back. I’d recommend an Uber which was about 6euro, a lot cheaper that just grabbing a taxi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a sea view, but it was still a nice view. The host was helpful and gave us some of his grapes from the vines. He even has tortoises in a little garden. You have a shared kitchen if you just have a room, with your own shelf in the fridge. Will definitely stay again.

Great apartment
+Very nice apartment with a very helpful host! AC works great and the bathroom has a nice big shower. -the walls are thin and you can hear the other guests pretty well if they are watching TV etc.

The apartment owners were SO wonderful, helpful, and kind. View from the room balcony was fabulous. They even greeted us with a “welcome drink”! This is NOT a huge hotel or resort, it’s a family run place - which is exactly what we were looking for - Definitely recommend!

Home from Home
Perfect! The property exceeded my expectations and felt like home from home. Clean, tidy and friendly. I woke every morning to a sea view where I relaxed on my balcony for breakfast. The communal kitchen worked brilliantly between the guests and was always clean. Sandra is the best! Anything she could do to help or advise, she did and never failed to greet me with her wonderful smile. The price is so much value for money, especially given the ideal location and accessibility. I will be coming back sooner rather than later in the knowledge I have the ideal place to stay. Old town is a 15 minute stroll along the beautiful sea front, Belleview beach just a five minute walk and Lapad/Sunset beach 20 minute walk. I stayed for 8 nights and I did so much in that time, including day trips to both Montenegro and Bosnia Herzegovina (both must see, especially Kotor and Kravice Waterfalls). I hiked up the local hills, visited all of the beaches from Sveti Jakov south of the old town to Copacobana to the North of Lapad, all on foot from the apartment. My partner was added to my booking at the last minute with no questions asked and no extra charge as I had booked a double room anticipating this may be the case. What a wonderful holiday and what a pleasure it was to stay at Millikan & Miho Apartments. Thanks a million Pero and the Amazing Sandra!

We were a party of 5 Three rooms we had sadly we didn’t get sea view room but it didn’t upset me because of the time of year, if it was summer I would of requested sea view with balcony I am sure if I wanted to change rooms Peter and Sandra would of moved us they are lovely people they are very helpful but at the same time they don’t bother you just let you enjoy your stay if you needed anything all you needed to do was knock On their apartment. The apartments were close to the city with bus stop close by we always walked into town and got a bus back. The only thing that was disappointing for us was no English channels on the tv which I found unusual because English is just about spoken by all second language to the Croatians and we had 50inch tv on the wall in the apartment. The shared kitchen didn’t bother us either maybe because We were there out of season.

Wonderful stay! Sandra is an amazing host, she was attentive, helpful and very friendly and answered all of the questions and even helped me to print my tickets. The property is about 10-15 minutes away from Old Town and has a nice patio, kitchen and spacious rooms. Highly recommend!

Yhteydenpito hotellin omistajiin onnistui sujuvasti whatsappilla. Saimme kaupungin kartan sekä vinkkejä, miten kaupungilla kannattaa kulkea, mistä pääsee rannalle ja mistä löydämme ravintoloita. Hotelli sijaitsee korkealla rinteessä, aina illalla palatessa oli ylämäki kuljettavana. Huoneemme sijaitsi yläkerroksessa, sieltä oli näkymä merelle. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Kylpyhuoneen liukuovi ei tahtonut toimia, tästä ilmoitimme hotellin omistajille. Huoneessa oli pieni keittonurkkaus, jossa jääkaappi, hella ja jotain ruokatarvikkeita. Hotellin yhteydessä oli yhteinen keittiö, jossa oli täysin varusteltu ruoanlaittomahdollisuus sekä lainattavissa esimerkiksi sateenvarjoja. Ulkona oli myös teline johon pyyhkeitä ja uimapukuja voi ripustaa kuivumaan. Aivan hotellin lähellä ei ollut palveluita, mutta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä oli muutamia ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

A cosy apartment complex with fantastic hosts! Our room was beautiful and roomy, and we had a balcony with a great sea view. Our host was always available over the phone and if there was something we needed, she fixed it. We also liked the shared kitchen we were free to use (especially since it was quiet when we were there in the off season). Everything you need is close by, and Old Town is a 10-15 minute walk away. We even got welcome drinks (and lots of good suggestions for things to do) when we arrived. Would definitively book again :)

Very well looked after apartments, clean rooms and a lovely landlord who is always happy to help. In between Old Town and Babin Kuk and within walking distance to them as well as Gruž. Highly recommend for younger people as it is on a hill and there are many stairs which may be difficult for the elderly.

this was not at all as we expected . we thought we were booking an apartment , which is what is advertised , what we got was a small bedroom with bathroom and nothing else in it and a shared kitchen in another building . both were clean and there was a shared terrace but not anything like the self contained apartments we prefer.

The proprietors were very nice and friendly, helped us to familiarise ourselves with surroundings from the first day. Very welcoming. Accommodation was close to the beach and the old city. Had to navigate steps and steep incline up to the hotel but we got used to that as the days went by

Boa opção para ficar em Dubrovnik. Não é tão perto do centro mas não tão longe também. Subidas e escadas no sol do verão um pouco cansativas. Sandra anfitriã foi muita simpatica ao nos receber e .uita prestativa ao nos ajudar com o pesseio das ilhas Elafiti e informações gerais. Recomendamos utilizar Uber ao inves de ônibus, pois o custo é praticamente o mesmo. O apartamento em si é novo, limpo e completo. Cozinha compartilhada util e completa. Faltou apenas um filtro de agua mas de resto tem tudo, até maquina de felo. Colchão é o ponto fraco.

Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Meerblick war geräumig, sauber, hatte weiche angenehme Betten, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, Klimaanlage und ein modernes Bad. Kühlschrank konnte man in der Gemeinschaftsküche mitbenützen. Flat-TV wurde nicht benutzt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very lovely and helpful staff, we would go there again! Community kitchen is working well, nice to cook own breakfast. Location is up on the hill so be prepared to walk some stairs daily. Location is also very peacefull.

This place was amazing to stay at! We were welcomed with a drink and everything was explained like buses and restaurants near by. It was peaceful and not too far out from the city or too far in. Beautiful people and very accommodating. Kitchen seperate and laundry facilities.

It was a great stay, clean room, lovely balcony and on walking distance from the old town and close to the Bellevue beach. Sandra was really nice, gave us a warm welcome and provided great tips for activities during our stay in Dubrovnik.
