I liked having two pools one for the kids and one for the adults. The third pool was closed for unknown reasons. Check in at desk took way too long. We were okay with waiting until the Villa was ready but then we were told we needed to go back to reactivate wrist bands which we did only to be told it didn't matter. We go back to villa (walk) and bands don't work. We were unable to unlock villa and told to go back to front to activate wrist band but then maintenance let us in.
Had dinner at restaurant with over an hour wait and the food took way too long and was way overcooked. Would never go back. Very pricey.

Amazing property! Is beautiful well maintained, lots of space, there’s plenty of parking space (no extra charge) the staff is very friendly and kind!

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Overall grounds were nice. We stayed in one of the town homes. A couple of nights the neighbors were up late and being loud and inconsiderate. Disappointed on the people staying there and the amount of random trash they left. Great place for younger kids, there were a lot of them. The amount of elementry age kids was a distraction from the overall beauty of the place.

Good: dolphin connection, pools, available activities, food at tiki bar, greeters, nice shower and bathroom, concept of bracelet keys
Not so great-bracelet keys quit working frequently, toilet wouldn't flush one night all night, sofa bed very uncomfortable, property too bif to get aroind on foot, golf carts not always available, parking far away, ice not working in our area.

Really a great place for families to stay in the Keys. We were here in peak season (spring break) and found it difficult to find chairs by the pool or lagoon. The wifi was really poor in our lodgings. The villa was clean and comfortable but a bit dated. I loved that they offered on site activities- we were able to enjoy the dolphin experience and the snorkeling adventure. Onsite restaurants were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is our fourth trip there and every time we go the property looks older dirtier and just not worth the money it is not $1000 a room and night hotel
